“Horror has a new home…”

The “Hammer at the Barbican” Film Festival was held in London between 2nd & 29th August 1996 and screened no less than 50 classic Hammer productions which included Dracula, Curse of Frankenstein as well as lesser known horrors such as The Nanny, Hysteria and even a slice of comedy with On The Buses. Most notable about this exhibition was the production of several new posters all imagined in the “Hammer style”. The most popular amongst Hammer fans proved to be Iain Lanyon’s UK quad design offered here. This original Hammer at the Barbican movie poster is in very good unrestored rolled condition, there is some handling wear but it presents and displays to excellent effect with amazing graphics and colours. Extremely rare as the posters were only ever used in the London area…a must have Hammer Horror collectable and a perfect example of desirable original British film memorabilia.
