“George Michael: A Different Story” is a touching 2004 documentary where George’s tells his story, with anecdotes and observations from his family, closest friends and musical peers. An extremely limited release, showing for a short period in a small number of arthouse cinemas, this UK quad, featuring a great image of George Michael is an incredibly rare film poster. This originally rolled (as issued) example displays superbly and represents a fantastic and hugely collectable item of music and movie memorabilia for a performer and musician who was truly unique.
Ain’t it cool news – “The documentary covers a good deal of Michael’s personal life in between all of his albums as well as some of the close inspirations for many of his songs. It discusses the many gains, losses and the mysteries of George himself with some regrets but an effort of hanging in there long enough to pull together.”

“Ghost in the Shell” sees Scarlett Johansson star as Major Mira Killian, saved from a terrible crash, who is cyber-enhanced to be a perfect soldier in the American 2017 adaption of Shirow Masamune’s cult Japanese manga creation and anime movie. A colourful and action packed cyber-punk offering from director Rupert Sanders that is very much mirrored in the design of the original British UK quad film poster by creative arts agency LA offered here. Originally rolled (as issued) this looks and displays to excellent effect. Guaranteed original this represents a scarce item of modern original collectable movie memorabilia from a truly exciting and cool film.
Trivia: In an establishing shot of the city, a Pan Am advert can be seen in the top left. The bankrupt airlines inclusion is a reference to Blade Runner (1982) which also had an in-film advert for them.

An excellent example for one of the best comedy horror films ever made…“Gremlins”. Written by Chris Columbus (Harry Potter, The Goonies) and directed by Joe Dante it was a huge box office hit. Re-released by Warner Bros. in 2019, recognising the fact that the movie has now become a classic ‘Christmas’ movie with Gizmo dressed in a Santa hat set against a Snow White background with the landscape format of the British UK quad perfectly suited to his design. Originally rolled (as issued) this 2019 film poster presents and displays very well. Totally original and unrestored this hard to find modern re-release of an important 80’s movie is becoming more and more sought after and represents a great collectable piece of original film movie memorabilia.
Trivia: Zach Galligan recounted in an interview that when the movie was made, there was no CGI, so all of the Gremlins were animatronics, each costing between $30,000-40,000 ($60,000-$90,500 adjusted for 2024 inflation). When everyone left the lot for the day, security would have everyone open the trunks of their cars to make sure they weren’t stolen.

“Let The Magic Begin”
The biggest movie franchise of recent years is without a doubt the Harry Potter series and it all started with this one…A very rare find; especially in such exceptional rolled (as issued) condition. This original Country of Origin (UK) quad for “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone” was designed by B.D. Fox Independent and features everyone’s favourite characters set against a Hogwarts backdrop in a combination of that made the movie so loved…Investment grade condition that displays to excellent effect and represents a fine piece of collectable movie memorabilia.
Trivia: Alan Rickman was hand picked to play Snape by J.K. Rowling, and received special instructions from her about character. Rowling even provided him with vital details of Snape’s backstory, not revealed until the final novel.

The making of a movie has never been documented with more power to discern the true nature of what is happening behind the scenes than in this account of the torment and the passion of Francis Ford Coppola’s Apocalypse Now. All of the drama and emotion was filmed and documented by Fax Bahr, George Hickenlooper & Coppola’s own wife, Eleanor then released in 1991 as the documentary “Hearts of Darkness: A Filmmaker’s Apocalypse”. In July 2025 to coincide with a 4K Ultra HD Special Edition release, Eleanor Coppola’s remastered movie received a limited number of cinema screenings. These were accompanied by an incredible newly commissioned poster by Akiko Stehrenberger which demonstrates a beautiful use of colour and featuring the helicopter imagery, so memorable from Apocalypse Now’s original 1979 marketing campaign and of course so pivotal in the movie itself. Rolled (as issued) it presents to excellent effect and represents one of the best reimagined cinematic posters in recent years and certainly in the running as the best cinematic poster of 2025.

“For generations the Mafia preyed on the innocent. Tonight someone is preying on them.”
John Landis turns his horror talents from werewolves to vampires in this dark comedy, horror actioner “Innocent Blood”. This original 1992 UK quad film poster is stunning; great artwork by Renato Casaro as we see Marie (Anne Parillaud) in full vampire mode offset against a stained glass window. A lovely blue colour palette is used throughout which perfectly highlights the use of red in her eyes. In excellent original, unrestored condition this rolled (as issued) example displays to superb effect and represents a great item of original horror movie memorabilia from a director who has made this genre very much his own.
Trivia: Although this entire movie is about vampires, the word “vampire” itself is never actually used.

Cast style ‘final’ design British UK quad film poster for Jon Favreau’s 2008 super hero blockbuster “Iron Man”. A fantastic eye catching design by BLT Communications based upon the photographs of Michael Muller. Originally rolled (as issued) this looks stunning and displays to excellent and memorable effect. A truly dynamic and exciting poster for the inaugural cinema outing for one of the corner stone characters of the Marvel Cinematic Universe…IRON MAN. One of the best looking posters to date for any of the Marvel Studios’ releases that represents a fine piece of collectable modern cinema movie memorabilia.
Trivia: Director Jon Favreau wanted Robert Downey, Jr. because he felt the actor’s past was right for the part. He commented: “The best and worst moments of Robert’s life have been in the public eye. He had to find an inner balance to overcome obstacles that went far beyond his career. That’s Tony Stark. Robert brings a depth that goes beyond a comic book character having trouble in high school, or can’t get the girl.” Favreau also felt Downey could make Stark “a likable asshole,” but also depict an authentic emotional journey once he won over the audience.

After an extremely successful advertising campaign on “SKYFALL” & “SPECTRE” Empire Design have been retained by EON for the latest Bond spectacular “No Time To Die” & it’s fair to say they have hit the target again. This original “In Cinemas 2021” British quad for Cary Joji Fukunaga‘s Bond film has a real exciting feel with Bond (Daniel Craig) poised for action. Because of the continued release delays and high expectations these posters are highly collectable. Originally rolled (as issued) this stunning example displays and presents to excellent effect. Guaranteed original this represents a highly desirable piece of country of origin James Bond movie memorabilia for what is reported to be Craig’s last appearance as the spy with a ‘Licence to Kill’.
Trivia: First James Bond movie to feature all the characters of Q, Felix Leiter, Miss Moneypenny, and M since Licence to Kill (1989), which is an interval of about thirty-one years.

Probably the most important film of ‘modern’ cinema, launching a movie trend that is now commonly referred to as the ‘Summer Blockbuster’. It also happens to be one of the best and most memorable movie poster images ever ! Designed by The Seiniger Advertising Agency with finished artwork by Roger Kastel the poster has attained cult status. Once you’ve seen the film (& who hasn’t) you see the poster and you just can’t get John Williams’ distinctive soundtrack out of your head. This original UK quad for Steven Spielberg’s 1975 masterpiece “Jaws” is for the September 9th 2022 re-release for IMAX cinema screens and a Real D 3D version. Although retaining the original artwork it has been slightly altered to denote this is, with a shark-bite evident on the ‘A’ of IMAX. Originally rolled (as issued) this displays to excellent effect. Perfect, deep rich colours this is a truly outstanding and extremely rare original film poster that is only available for this very limited cinematic release with the UK quad being the only landcscape format printed. Trivia: Several decades after the film’s release, Lee Fierro, who played Mrs. Kintner, walked into a seafood restaurant and noticed that the menu had an “Alex Kintner Sandwich.” She commented that she had played his mother so many years ago; the owner of the restaurant ran out to meet her, and he was none other than Jeffrey Voorhees, who had played her son. They had not seen each other since the original movie shoot.

The blood red background silhouetting the infamous T-rex skeleton makes for the most iconic and instantly recognisable logo in cinema history. It can only be Steven Spielberg’s 1993 blockbuster “Jurassic Park”. Ground breaking and game changing are phrases banded around far to easily in this day of modern cinema but “Jurassic Park” truly deserves these accolades. A massive worldwide success on its release with merchandising and memorabilia hugely sought after with the logo style design being the most desirable. Re-released for a very limited cinematic run in 2011 the original iconic design and colour palette has been reworked, using a striking silver background. The UK quad film poster offered here displays and presents to excellent effect. From an aesthetic point of view I have always preferred the landscape format of the quad, as feel it suits the design (and is much more impressive) than the portrait style of a one-sheet. A fine piece of original movie memorabilia from the film that kickstarted the CGI phenomenon and made millions fall in love with a T-Rex.
Trivia: In 2005, paleontologist Dr. Mary Schweitzer discovered red blood cells and soft tissue in the fossilized bones of a T. Rex, meaning dinosaur cloning may someday become a reality.
