Sorry for the spoiler but the poster imagery featured here is from the climax of Lee’s most successful and well known movie “Enter the Dragon” and showcases an iconic image of martial arts’ greatest star…Bruce Lee. This striking black & white photographic poster (I genuinely don’t think it would have worked as well in colour) was issued by Warner Bros. to record stores to promote the soundtrack album that accompanied the film in 1973. Easily the best example of this poster I have offered for sale. This originally rolled (as issued) example is rarely seen in this high grade unrestored investment condition and represents an extremely scarce and collectable example of original movie related memorabilia & a fitting tribute to the martial arts legend BRUCE LEE.
Trivia: Over 8,000 mirrors were used to set up the “Hall of Mirrors” where the climactic duel takes place.

Rightly regarded as one of the key and most collectable movie posters for a film that created its own unique genre and provided the vehicle to launch Bruce Lee (albeit briefly) as a screen & cultural icon. Bob Peak created the artwork and his design was used globally as the imagery became as memorable as its late star. Whilst the core artwork remained the same slight variations appeared in different countries with this Japanese re-issue one-sheet format probably the most striking as the action imagery (including a nunchuk wielding Bruce Lee) was offset against a black background. Offered here is an exceptional Japanese B1 film poster for “Enter the Dragon” from the 1997 re-release, finished with a high gloss sheen it presents to stunning effect and displays minimal handling wear. This originally rolled (as issued) example is rarely seen in this large Japanese format and in such high grade unrestored investment grade condition. A striking piece that represents an extremely scarce and collectable example of original movie memorabilia & a fitting tribute to the martial arts legend BRUCE LEE.
Trivia: In 2004, this movie was deemed “culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant” in the United States and selected for preservation in the National Film Registry of the Library of Congress.

On almost constant release in the mid 70s as Lee’s reputation rose to new heights following his untimely death, no new posters issued with cinema owners having to make use of their 1973 examples – making this offering extremely desirable as it rarely comes to market in such high grade unrestored condition. It represents an extremely scarce and collectable example of original movie memorabilia & a fitting tribute to the martial arts legend BRUCE LEE.

“Enter the Dragon” is rightly regarded as one of the key and most influential movie’s from the 1970’s, creating it’s own unique genre and provided the vehicle to launch Bruce Lee (albeit briefly) as a screen & cultural icon. Unsurprisingly, it is one of the most popular licences when looking to have artwork commissioned. This 2024 offering from Thai artist Kwow is one of the best of these. Kwow’s impressive artwork beautifully portrays the most memorable scenes from the film and is beautifully complemented by some amazing realistic likenesses of the main cast members, particularly Lee who takes prominence. This very limited release of only 100, has been hand-numbered #57 in pencil and is offered in beautiful rolled, unfolded (as issued) condition that displays and presents to excellent effect – colours are very vibrant and truly pop from the paper. A truly outstanding art print that represents a key item of highly sought after modern cinematic memorabilia and a fitting tribute to the martial arts legend BRUCE LEE.

With the Adam West “Batman” TV show a runaway success in the 1960s, it was bound to spawn imitators, and “The Green Hornet”, did not disappoint, based on an old radio show and movie. Hollywood pretty boy Van Williams, who strongly resembled ’60s heartthrob Fabian, played the masked supersleuth who chases down baddies in a souped-up Chrysler and with his sidekick, Kato, played by a very young Bruce Lee. The show is best remembered for Kato’s fight scenes, which is understandable for anyone who remembers Bruce Lee. After Lee’s tragic death in 1973, 20th Century Fox edited together four of the best TV episodes for a big screen, cinema release. It was meant to be a homage for one of the fasting rising stars in Hollywood, but in reality it was a cash in and that is clearly evident in the marketing campaign poster – Yes it features Green Hornet, ‘Black Beauty’ the customised Chrysler Imperial Crown sedan, but this is Lee’s movie. His name and over-sized image dwarf anything else. Bright red capitals at the top of the poster announce ‘BRUCE LEE’ and Kato in his blue jump-suited outfit really stand out in what is a pretty decent poster; very psychedelic 1960s. Offered here is an original, 1974 country of origin, US one-sheet that presents to stunning effect that benefits from being conservation linen backed. An impressive item that represents an extremely scarce and collectable example of original cinematic movie memorabilia & a fitting tribute to the martial arts legend BRUCE LEE.
Trivia: Upon the suggestion of his 10 year old son Marco, producer Laurence Joachim licensed the rights to turn The Green Hornet (1966) into two feature length movies, making this first one the fifth biggest grossing Bruce Lee film ever. Larry and Marco took the best from the 1966 TV show, and edited them together with added fight scenes.

A truly exceptional complete set of all eight US lobby cards for the 1974 James Bond film “The Man With The Golden Gun”, produced for United Artists under the classic stewardship of Albert R. Broccoli and Harry Saltzman and director Guy Hamilton. Ian Fleming’s spy novel received the usual terrific treatment with the help of two beautiful Bond Girls, Britt Ekland and Maud Adams, and an incredibly dangerous villain, Scaramanga portrayed by Hammer Films “Dracula” star Christopher Lee. He is accompanied by one of the best Bond henchmen, diminutive Nick Nack as played by French actor Herve Villechaize. Stunning Far East location work in this effort includes Kowloon, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand and throw in a bit of martial arts (popular due to the huge success of “Enter The Dragon”) then you have not just your typical action-packed Bond spectacle but also an incredible series of Bond images. Originally flat and unfolded (as issued) these lobby cards display and present to superb effect. No pinholes, tears, rips or paper loss, just the very minimal of handling wear, this beautiful set represents a fantastic item of highly desirable 007 movie memorabilia.
Trivia: Travelling to Los Angeles for the Johnny Carson show to promote the film, Sir Christopher Lee had his golden gun confiscated by U.S. Customs.

There may have been minor alterations made from the Cannes cut to Lionsgate’s cut, but here are some notable differences that separate THE WHOLE BLOODY AFFAIR from VOLUME 1 and VOLUME 2. “A roaring rampage of revenge”
Quentin Tarantino’s 4th Film…“Kill Bill” is a bloody, revenge driven, martial arts epic. Released in 2003 it proved a huge success and much like previous Tarantino movie merchandising the film posters became very collectable. Designed by creative arts agency Empire Design the final release UK quad (as featured) immediately catches the attention. Vivid bright yellow is dominant in not only the poster background but in Uma Thurman’s (The Bride) leather flight suit. This original 2003 UK quad film poster is presented in excellent rolled condition and displays extremely well and as Tarantino has such a huge fanbase very desirable and because of a typically low print run very rare. As all Tarantino films are aimed for that more mature 18+ audience the merchandising budget isn’t what you would expect from a general release feature and as such nearly all the posters & promotional items produced are in very low numbers; making his memorabilia very collectable & scarce.
Trivia: The Bride’s yellow outfit was inspired by the outfit worn by Bruce Lee in his final film, Game of Death (1978).

“Here Comes the Bride”
Quentin Tarantino’s fourth film starred Uma Thurman in perhaps her most famous role as ‘The Bride’ in the martial arts, all-action, ultra violent extravaganza “Kill Bill” (2003). The advance poster here is a country of origin US One-Sheet designed by BLT Communications printed on a heavier stock paper, where the ‘Bride’s’ katana blade is finished with a distinctive silver foil style designed to look like a real sword, The poster is presented in excellent rolled condition and displays extremely well and as Tarantino has such a huge fanbase very desirable and because of a typically low print run very rare. As all Tarantino films are aimed for that more mature 18+ audience the merchandising budget isn’t what you would expect from a general release feature and as such nearly all the posters & promotional items produced are in very low numbers; making his memorabilia very collectable & scarce.
Trivia: According to Quentin Tarantino and Uma Thurman, the idea for doing “Kill Bill” began during the filming of Pulp Fiction (1994). The two began talking about the kinds of movies that they would like to do, and Quentin said he would like to do a 70’s style kung-fu flick. Uma came up with the film’s opening shot of her beaten up and wearing a wedding gown.

The ‘Bride’ dressed as a bride for Quentin Tarantino’s “Kill Bill” sequel, the imaginatively titled “Kill Bill: Volume 2”. Uma Thurman is not your normal bride though as she is expertly wielding a Katana sword. This is a stylish looking 2004 Japanese B2 film poster with artwork unique to Japan. The black background with bright pink dayglo lettering makes for an interesting combination that really works. Offered in original rolled (as issued) condition, this fine example presents to excellent effect with minimal of handling wear and represents a very cool and eye-catching piece of Quentin Tarantino movie memorabilia.
