“Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones” is a pivotal episode in the Star Wars saga as Anakin finally fulfils his destiny and becomes the dark Sith Lord – Darth Vader. This 20th Anniversary release (2025) sees the return of artist Matt Ferguson, as he is once again commissioned to create the poster for the worldwide cinema marketing campaign and after producing some impressive imagery for the anniversary releases of Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi and The Phantom Menace he has really knocked it out of the park with the artwork for “Revenge of the Sith” – it truly is spectacular and one of the best Star Wars posters ever (and that includes the Original Trilogy). As more and more cinemas are turning to digital screens to advertise what’s showing, physical, printed posters are becoming extremely rare, especially those with such a short limited screening window – and that is the case here with the lowest print run of any Star Wars movie, even more so with the quad exclusive to the UK. Presented here in original unrestored condition this beautiful 2025 rolled (as issued) example has deep unfaded vibrant colour tones and displays to excellent effect. As this is the British release it carries the tagline ‘Returns to Cinemas April 25’. This beautiful poster represents a fine addition for any collector of original cinematic movie memorabilia or the dedicated Star Wars fan.
Trivia: George Lucas allowed his friend Steven Spielberg to help design some sequences during pre-production. This was partly because Spielberg wanted the experience of using the pre-visualization techniques pioneered by Industrial Light & Magic, as he was going to use them for War of the Worlds (2005). It was also because Lucas felt that his roles as writer, director, executive producer, and financier were taking up too much of his time and he needed another director to bounce ideas off. Spielberg’s main contribution was in the climactic lightsaber duel between Obi-Wan and Anakin.

An impressive, 1984 video movie poster for George Lucas’ action packed sci-fi sequel “Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back”. A rare VHS poster issued by CBS/Fox o promote the first release on video for Irvin Kershner’s masterpiece. A country-unique, British design that features imagery of the iconic Imperial Walkers on the ice planet Hoth. With no titles or credits this pure artwork poster really stands out with the Walkers almost as symbolic to the franchise as Darth Vader. Being originally rolled (as issued) and totally unrestored this example displays and presents to a very high standard and represents a fine addition for any collector of original movie posters or Star Wars fan memorabilia.
Trivia: In order to avoid sharing creative rights, George Lucas decided to avoid using a major studio to finance this movie. Instead, he bankrolled the $18 million production himself, using a combination of his profits from Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope (1977) and a bank loan. Although the move was risky, it paid off several times over. Lucas recovered his investment within three months of the movie’s release.

“Star Wars: Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker” is a continuation of the Star Wars saga created by George Lucas and set over thirty years after Return of the Jedi and a few months after the events of “The Last Jedi”. The release of each instalment is always accompanied by a huge global marketing and merchandising campaign with the movie posters produced always being of the highest artistic quality. And I’m pleased to say that Episode IX keeps up the high standard; Created by design agency Art Machine the finished poster has magnificent dark powerful imagery as the ‘light’ and the ‘dark’ sides of the Force, Rey (Daisy Ridley) duels with Kylo Ten (Adam Driver). All ominously overlooked by the all powerful Emperor. It certainly pays homage to Drew Struzan’s iconic ‘Revenge’ artwork. The original UK quad film poster offered here is full UK quad size measuring 30″ x 40″ and is double sided. Guaranteed original and presented here in very good unrestored condition this beautiful rolled (as issued) example has minimal handling wear and looks fantastic. A rare and desirable example of original Star Wars movie memorabilia from what has become one of the most collectable and popular modern movie franchises…“Confronting fear is the destiny of a Jedi. “You’ll Die Laughing !”
A striking movie poster that’s a well fitting design for this dark comedic horror “Stitches”. Designed by creative arts agency OC this British UK quad from 2012 is a great looking poster focuses on Ross Noble in full clown make-up as the dis-figured titular serial killer ‘Stitches’. A very creepy and eye-catching image. Although designed to look like a battered and distressed, it is printed on a heavier stock paper (which enhances and gives the muted colours a real depth) it actually presents near perfectly being originally rolled (as issued) and is genuinely scarce with very limited showings in a small number of ‘art-house’ & ‘specialist’ cinemas. A memorable piece of ‘modern’ horror film memorabilia that is hugely collectable encompassing not just movie fans but also the horror art marketplace and fans of the comedian Ross Noble.
Trivia: The medication that Tommy takes to relieve anxiety is called “Hypnocil”, the same name as the medication used to suppress dreams in the Nightmare on Elm Street series.

An incredible looking movie poster full of glitter and glamour, designed by the creative advertising agency A&E Networks, with colourful imagery perfectly in keeping with the subject matter (the most famous and talked about nightclub of the 1970s and 80s) for Matt Tyrnauer’s “Studio 54”. A cultural and social phenomenon that pretty much affected everyone involved or who frequented the establishment…music, dancing, fashion, attitudes, celebrity and fame. Made with the unique insight of former owner Ian Schrager it’s a fascinating study on why Studio 54 drew many people and celebrities to its unconventional parties and gatherings. Drugs, alcohol and sex of all kinds inhabited the place which made it all the more notorious and controversial. The stunning UK quad that accompanied the 2018 release is presented in high grade rolled (as issued) condition that display and presents to excellent effect. A genuinely scarce and hard to find example of cinema memorabilia that looks amazing.

The third entry in the Salkind’s ‘Superman’ canon sees Richard Lester’s more comedic action touch as Christopher Reeve again dons the red cape in the 1983 release “Superman III”. Humour is largely provided by an excellent over the top performance (in reality just playing himself) by comic genius Richard Pryor as computer genius Gus Gorman. And it is Reeve and Pryor who feature prominently on this British UK quad film poster. The colourful all-action design sees Superman in full flight smashing his way to defeat the ‘villain’ Gus’ ‘super-computer’ Gorman From first year of release (1983) this rare folded (as issued) example displays and presents to excellent effect with only very minimal handling wear. Beautiful artwork and vivid unfaded colours this is an exceptional unrestored example of very collectable original movie memorabilia.
Trivia: According to Ilya Salkind, an earlier version of the script included the comic book villains Brainiac and Mr. Mxyzptlk teaming up, and Superman meeting his cousin, Supergirl, which would lead to the potential Supergirl spin-off.

“Taxi Driver” has become a classic multi award winning pop culture cult phenomenom. This original British UK quad film poster is from the 2016 Park Circus 40th Anniversary release and shows an iconic close up image of Travis Bickle (Robert de Niro), eyes reflected in his rear view mirror. A true classic poster with unique imagery only being used for the Park Circus marketing campaign. Originally rolled (as issued) this beautiful example displays and presents to excellent effect and really is an exceptional item that represents a fine piece of extremely collectable original movie memorabilia from a film that is rightly regarded as one of the finest ever made.
Trivia: The scene where Travis Bickle is talking to himself in the mirror was completely ad-libbed by Robert De Niro. The screenplay details just said, “Travis looks in the mirror.” Martin Scorsese claims that he got the inspiration for the scene from Marlon Brando mouthing words in front of a mirror in Reflections in a Golden Eye.

“He always wanted to be special… but he never expected THIS!”
Original 1985 UK Quad movie poster for the best movie poster Michael J. Fox made, that isn’t “Back to the Future”, Rod Daniel’s teenage angst comedy with a werewolf twist “Teen Wolf”. With artwork by Lucinda Cowell, I personally feel it displays far better in the landscape format of the UK quad than the equivalent one-sheet. Originally rolled (as issued – uncommon with this title) this fantastic looking poster displays to excellent effect with lovely deep, unfaded colours. A great piece of 1980s nostalgia, presented in near perfect condition for one of cinema’s best loved stars.
Trivia: Scott Howard’s (Michael J. Fox‘s) house was located on the same block as 1955 George McFly’s and 1955 Lorraine Baines’ houses from Back to the Future (1985).

“He Said He’d Be Back…and He Certainly is !”
Sci-fi movies can rarely be made in such way that can be looked at as works of art. This is one of the few exceptions. The prediction of judgment day with Linda Hamilton watching a playground full of kids be burnt to the ground is an absolute brilliant portrayal of Armageddon. The theme that men will destroy themselves is also shown throughout the movie also and is even said by The Terminator…“It’s in your nature to destroy yourselves”. This brings the movie to a whole new level of sci-fi and one of the most sought after of titles by collectors of the genre and Schwarzenegger’s vast legion of fans. Offered here is an original 1991 British UK quad film poster for James Cameron’s sci-fi, time travel, shoot ’em up uber-actioner “Terminator 2: Judgement Day”. The horizontal landscape format of the British quad perfectly complements the design by The Cimarron Group with iconic imagery that has become as recognisable as Arnie himself. One of the most influential film of the past thirty five years with ground breaking CGI special effects and spectacular action set pieces. A very hard film poster to find in this excellent unrestored rolled (as issued) condition that represents an impressive item of original cinematic movie memorabilia.
Trivia: This is the only “Terminator” film to win or be nominated for an Oscar and won four out of the six it was nominated for.

“WHO WILL SURVIVE AND WHAT WILL BE LEFT OF THEM ?”
Described by The News of the World as the ‘sickest carnival of slaughter ever seen’...“The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” has become one of the most debated films of all time bringing (at the time) nauseating, forceful horror to the screen with a focussed realism that was new to mainstream cinema. Arguments raged as most councils and cinemas across the country banned it’s release (The full fascinating story of the censorship battle is well worth checking out on the official BBFC website.) with only a handful of cinemas eventually bowing to public demand and showing the Film. Reimagined on an incredible scale and one of the most licensed titles for an alternative movie poster – it takes something special to stand out from the crowd and Graham Humphreys’ 2023 release certainly does that; horror art at its finest. Printed for Texas Frightmare Weekend and only available to purchase from the Mondo booth, this signed and hand-numbered (AP 28/30) artist proof print is an outstanding tribute to Tobe Hooper’s ground breaking movie, introducing one of the horror genre’s most iconic characters and a very rare and collectable alternative movie poster for perhaps the most influential cult horror film of the modern era…“There are moments when we cannot believe that what is happening is really true. Pinch yourself and you may find out that it is.”
Trivia: Ed Gein – on whom “Leatherface” was loosely based–was not a true serial killer, as he actually only killed two people, both of them women. He was however, a graverobber. He stole body parts–only female–from many different graves. He kept some of the parts in his refrigerator, and skinned one corpse and wore the skin as a dress.

A UK quad from the 50th Anniversary re-release of the Fab Four’s wacky, animated classic “Yellow Submarine” in 2018. The movie was digitally restored with the sound remixed and remastered and given a very limited cinema release. Paying homage to the design of the original 1968 UK quad, this modern updating makes great use of the bold and vibrant colours used throughout the movie with classic psychedelic Beatles imagery. Presented in excellent, rolled (as issued) condition this is a fantastic Beatles collectable and an amazing piece of music, film and cultural memorabilia. Included with the poster is a 50th Anniversary liveried “Yellow Submarine”envelope containing an invitation to the premiere screening on July 8th, four exclusive postcards and character stickers.
Trivia: Reportedly one of the favorite movies of HRH Queen Elizabeth II, who owned her own copy of the film.

Jackie Chan was a huge star in the far east and Europe and it was the Robert Clouse directed (Clouse had previously directed Bruce Lee in “Enter the Dragon”) martial arts actioner “The Big Brawl” that introduced him to audiences in the USA. Previous kung fu / martial arts movies relied on audience excitement by having a great action poster and that caveat certainly applied to the UK quad design. The artwork used on the British campaign was exclusive to the UK and features incredible fight graphics and fantastic image of the movie’s hero Jerry Kwan (Jackie Chan). The original 1980 UK quad movie poster offered here is from first year of release and displays and presents to excellent effect. Originally folded (as issued) the colours are bright and unfaded and art action packed and exciting. With minimal handling and age wear this beautiful folded unrestored film poster is a fine example of rare and collectable original movie memorabilia.
