The Sword and the Sorcerer

“A kingdom ruled by evil. A princess enslaved by passion. A warrior driven by justice.”

Largely due to the “Star Wars” effect and the huge global popularity of the “Dungeons & Dragons” role playing game, the early 1980’s truly was the decade of the mystical sword and sorcery fantasy film. Boasting some of the finest  fantasy artwork seen on a movie poster by Brain Bysouth this original 1982 UK quad for Albert Pyun’s “The Sword and the Sorcerer” certainly impresses. Rare and hard to find this originally rolled (as issued) example is totally unrestored & original. A pretty much perfect example that has stood the test of time well and displays to excellent effect. One of the finest examples (IMHO) of Bysouth’s work & British fantasy movie poster artwork from the 80’s and of the genre; a real personal favourite and a fantastic piece of rare highly collectable film memorabilia…Investment grade quality for a fine piece of original fantasy film memorabilia.
