An original 1979 re-release UK quad film poster for “The Getaway” that delivers the three “S’s” – Style, Substance & Steve McQueen. When originally released in 1972 the poster that accompanied it was rather lack lustre, the same cannot be said for Arnaldo Putzu’s stunning rendition of McQueen & McGraw in full action, shoot out mode on this fantastic example. Originally folded (as issued) it displays and presents superbly with hardly a blemish…This is an excellent, original, unrestored example of a rare & sought after Steve McQueen title that despite being a later release is the most prized paper from the Movie.
