  • A Nightmare on Elm Street Alternative Movie Poster

    A Nightmare on Elm Street

    £595.00

“If Nancy doesn’t wake up screaming…She won’t wake up at all !”

With artwork by Gary Pullin, this 2019 alternative movie poster for Wes Craven’s 1984 horror classic “A Nightmare on Elm Street” is an impressive example of horror art that also benefits from being signed by Freddy Krueger himself – ROBERT ENGLUND; a beautiful clear signature that includes his character name – FREDDY KRUEGER, written in a silver pen that contrasts incredibly strongly against the black background. It’s unusual to have a full character name with Englund most commonly signing only Freddy K. Signed at the Horrified event held in April 2025 (see photo of Robert signing the exact poster you are buying) this is an impressive item of cinematic horror movie memorabilia from one of the defining horror movie characters’ himself – ROBERT ENGLUND – FREDDY KRUEGER.

Trivia: Freddy Krueger was designed by Wes Craven to be the typical “silent” serial killer, such as Jason Voorhees or Michael Myers. However, in the sequels, Freddy developed a cheeky persona that enabled him to be the black-humored villain.

  • A Nightmare on Elm Street: Part 2 - Freddy's Revenge Movie Poster

A Nightmare on Elm Street: Part 2 – Freddy’s Revenge

    £495.00

“The Man of Your Dreams Is Back.”

After the acclaim artist Graham Humphreys’ earned after his outstanding work on the British marketing campaign for Wes Craven’s “A Nightmare on Elm Street” it came as no surprise that he was commissioned once again for the sequel “A Nightmare on Elm Street: Part 2 – Freddy’s Revenge”. With the success of the character Freddy is no longer a horror character to keep hidden on the advertising material and Humphreys certainly doesn’t hold back as Krueger’s fire scarred visage takes up nearly all of the poster with his (now familiar) battered fedora and razor bladed glove included in the imagery. Setting a high bench mark for modern horror artwork Humphreys’ imagery was only used for the UK quad design and is one of the most sought after film posters of the 80’s and the horror genre. Graham Humpreys has been dubbed England’s greatest living horror artist and it’s not hard to see why when you see this beautiful film poster from first year of release 1985. Totally original and unrestored, this rolled (as issued) example is presented in excellent condition with, unusually for a horror poster some incredibly bright colours. Extremely scarce and a must have for the serious collector it represents a fantastic item of horror movie memorabilia. The best I have ever offered for sale or seen – it really is exceptional and perfect for investment or to just enjoy.

Trivia: The original glove from A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) was used in this movie and was also seen hanging on the wall of the work shed in Evil Dead II (1987). This was in response to the use of The Evil Dead (1981) on a television screen in A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984), and part of a continued banter between directors Wes Craven and Sam Raimi. However, when Wes Craven loaned the glove to the A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987) set, it was lost but eventually found by a Freddy fan, Mike Becker, at an auction in 2009.

  • Original A Nightmare on Elm Street: Part 3 - Dream Warriors Movie Poster - Freddy Krueger - Wes Craven - Robert Englund - Horror - Graham Humphreys

A Nightmare on Elm Street: Part 3

    £35.00

“If you think you’ll get out alive, You must be dreaming.”

Artist Graham Humphreys created the design for all five UK “A Nightmare on Elm Street” releases each individual and quite stunning in their own right, with this second sequel – “Dream Warriors” the only one to be photo-shopped and it is the black and white promotional still that Humphrey’s used for reference that is offered here. It’s a great, full of menace Freddy image offset against a plain misty effect background and only used for the British campaign, for both cinematic and video releases. Totally original and unrestored, this flat and unfolded (as issued) example is presented in excellent condition. A must have Freddy image for the serious collector or Krueger fan, it represents a fantastic item of horror movie memorabilia and perfect for investment or to just enjoy.

Trivia: Wes Craven‘s original premise of the film involved Freddy invading the real world and haunting the actors and crew responsible for the “A Nightmare on Elm Street” films. This idea was inspired by Return to Horror High (1987), which was another meta-horror movie at the time. However, it was rejected by the studio for being too ambitious, though Craven was later able to use it for Wes Craven’s New Nightmare (1994).

Graham Humphreys has once again produced a stunning piece of artwork for the fourth film in the iconic horror series “A Nightmare on Elm Street: Part 4 – The Dream Master”. • Enter the Dragon Movie Poster

    Enter The Dragon

    £1,995.00

“Their deadly mission: to crack the forbidden island of Han !”

“Enter the Dragon” is rightly regarded as one of the key and most collectable movie posters from the 1970’s for a film that created it’s own unique genre and provided the vehicle to launch Bruce Lee (albeit briefly) as a screen & cultural icon. Bob Peak created the artwork and his design was used globally as the imagery became as memorable as its late star. Whilst the core artwork remained the same slight variations appeared in different countries with the UK landscape format probably the most striking as the action imagery (including a nun-chuk wielding Bruce Lee) was offset against a bright yellow background. Offered here is an exceptional originally folded (as issued) UK quad film poster from first year of release 1973 that displays and presents to excellent effect – colours are very vibrant and truly pop from the paper. On almost constant release in the mid 70s as Lee’s reputation rose to new heights following his untimely death, no new posters issued with cinema owners having to make use of their 1973 examples – making this offering extremely desirable as it rarely comes to market in such high grade unrestored condition. It represents an extremely scarce and collectable example of  original movie memorabilia & a fitting tribute to the martial arts legend BRUCE LEE.

TRIVIA: ENTER THE DRAGON due to its huge popularity was consistently re-released and shown after its 1973 debut yet no new standalone posters were ever printed & it was down to the cinema owners to re-use the posters from 1973. Making original unrestored 1973 posters of this quality extremely scarce.

  • Shogun Assassin Poster

    Shogun Assassin

    £495.00

“Lone wolf and son. The greatest team in the history of mass slaughter.”

Few cult samurai films possess the ferocious visual identity of “Shogun Assassin”, offered here by its rare original UK Quad cinema poster. Created by artist Jim Evans, the dramatic artwork uses a blood-red and black palette to depict the sword-wielding Lone Wolf above his young son’s weaponised wooden cart, surrounded by smoke, blades and the aftermath of battle.

Released in 1980, the film was created for Western audiences by combining and re-editing material from the first two Japanese Lone Wolf and Cub films. Tomisaburo Wakayama stars as the relentless executioner Ogami Ittō, travelling through feudal Japan with his son Daigoro while pursued by waves of assassins. Its sensational taglines perfectly capture the film’s uncompromising exploitation appeal.

Measuring approximately 30 × 40 inches, this incredibly scarce poster (this is the first example we have offered one for sale)retains its original cinema-issued folds and is offered in excellent original condition. With tremendous visual impact, it makes a superb display piece for collectors of samurai cinema, Japanese cult film and vintage exploitation artwork.

TRIVIA: The premise of The Mandolorian and spin off series take a large amount of inspiration from Shogun Assassin/The Lone Wolf & Cub series. Going as far as to homage the scene the child is given the choice of the path of life or death, with Grogu being offered the choice of the path of the Mandolorian or the Jedi in strikingly similar fashion.
