Although the Andy Warhol name is only referred to in the title for Jed Johnson’s 1977 shock comedy “Andy Warhol’s BAD” it cannot be said that the accompanying movie poster (not by Warhol) for this New World Pictures release is not impressive. An eye-catching, stylish design with an amazingly bright colour palette. Any art or memorabilia with a Warhol connection is very collectable and this original 1977 US one sheet is no exception. Presented unrestored, in original folded (as issued) condition this lovely example displays very well and represents a fine piece of original movie memorabilia.
Trivia: Perry King said Andy Warhol told him in reference to the plot of bad “I wanted to make a film about evil women and incompetent men”

Although the Andy Warhol name is only referred to in the title for Paul Morrissey’s 1974 shock horror “Andy Warhol’s Frankenstein” (also released as “Flesh for Frankenstein”) it cannot be said that the accompanying movie poster (not by Warhol) for this Bryanston Pictures release is not impressive. A clever, stylish design with FRANKENSTEIN apparently written in blood over an open cut then sewn together in thick black thread…certainly memorable. Any art or memorabilia with a Warhol connection is very collectable and this original 1974 US one sheet is no exception. Presented unrestored, in original folded (as issued) condition this lovely example displays very well and represents a fine piece of original movie memorabilia.
Trivia: The film was shot with a 3D technique called Spacevision. Unlike other 3D films that usually required red and blue glasses, this one required polarized glasses with one lens slightly shifted, which allowed full colors in the film. The 3D effects were mostly pronounced in the center of the screen.

“An intriguing fantasy of angelic innocence and devilish passion”…Rare and original UK Quad for Dennis Potter’s 1982 psychological thriller “Brimstone and Treacle”. Originally folded this looks and displays very well with fantastic imagery (of Sting), great colours and simple design. This originally seemed an unusual choice of role for The Police’s lead singer Sting, (who incidentally also sang the title song “Spread A Little Happiness”) however he proved critics wrong as he turned in a particularly disturbing performance as the devilish Martin Taylor.

“Cruise. Kidman. Kubrick.”
An original country of origin UK quad cinema poster in near mint condition designed by Crew Creative Advertising for Stanley Kubrick’s 1999 film “Eyes Wide Shut”. A brilliant erotic mystery from which stars Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman as the married couple at the centre of the story. Though the famous couple were married at the time they were to divorce two years later in what was almost a case of life imitating art. Sadly, this was to be Kubrick’s final film as a director. Rich colour and simple design featuring sexy close up of the two stars Cruise and Kidman. Originally rolled this fine example displays superbly. Sought after and becoming very hard to find it represents an impressive item of movie memorabilia.
Trivia: Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman signed open-ended contracts. They agreed to work on this project until Stanley Kubrick released them from it, however long that turned out to be.

An original British UK Quad from first year of release 1999 featuring Brad Pitt, Edward Norton and a bar of soap…Pitt’s smile alone is particularly unnerving and creepy! Rarely has a film been so keyed into its time, in ways that, commercially, will be both advantageous and damaging as “Fight Club” and despite certain hostility from some sectors, especially in the U.S., this bold, inventive, sustained adrenaline rush of a movie about a guru (Pitt) who advocates brutality and mayhem excited and exhilarated audiences everywhere in significant numbers. Presented in excellent rolled (as issued) condition this landscape format UK quad film poster represents a fine looking piece of scarce and collectable original film movie memorabilia.
Trivia: The visible breath in the cave scene is recycled Leonardo DiCaprio breath from Titanic(1997), which was composited into the shot.

Presented in excellent rolled (as issued) condition this limited edition print is hand-numbered #30 from a print run of only 65 and was originally made available as an exclusive New York Comic Con print that represents a distinctive and collectable item of movie memorabilia.

A marvellous example of sexually suggestive swinging sixties movie posters, a 1968 Japanese B2 film poster for Jack Cardiff’s cult psychedelic ‘road’ movie “Girl on a Motorcycle”. The style and design of this Japanese B2 example is perfectly suited by the portrait format with a marvellous full length body shot of Marianne Faithfull in leather biker suit. Unrestored and offered in excellent original condition with deep and unfaded colours. Highly collectable and an extremely scarce piece of original cinema movie memorabilia.

A fantastic looking and incredibly rare piece of British cinematic history that perfectly embodied the swinging sixties…a 1968 UK quad film poster for Jack Cardiff’s cult psychedelic ‘road’ movie “Girl on a Motorcycle”. This is an exceptional Style A example designed by John Armstrong where the content and layout is perfectly suited by the landscape format of a UK quad. With this design more commonly found with an ABC snipe running across the top image area this full bleed, all artwork style is incredibly rare and the first time we have ever offered one for sale. Marianne Faithfull really looks the part, clad in leather catsuit astride her Harley Davidson zipping through the forests of France. As you would expect from such a high grade example, colours are deep and unfaded complemented by unforgettable and sexy imagery of Faithfull. “A Story of a mystery…A mystery inside worlds within worlds…Unfolding around a woman…A woman in love and in trouble.”
Designed by graphic designer Mister S. for the advertising agency Empire Design, this original 2006 UK quad poster for David Lynch’s mystery drama thriller “Inland Empire” features striking, colourful imagery of Laura Dern with the night-time Los Angeles skyline a fitting backdrop. With its simple, distinctive, imagery this rolled (as issued) example presents to superb effect, providing a high quality and very rare film poster from one of Cinema’s most revered cult directors.
Trivia: This is the last feature film directed by David Lynch. All of his other film projects since have been short films, music videos, documentaries, or TV episodes. In 2012, Lynch stated in an interview with the Los Angeles Times that he lacked the inspiration to start a new movie project, but “If I got an idea that I fell in love with, I’d go to work tomorrow”. In 2017 while promoting Twin Peaks (2017), Lynch was reported to have retired from directing feature films. But in January 2025, Lynch died despite clarifying years prior to his death that his words were misconstrued by reiterating, “I did not say I quit cinema. Simply that nobody knows what the future holds.”
