One of the stand out films of the early 90’s & certainly one of the best and most eye-catching marketing campaigns. “TREMORS” is the kind of movie that can’t be placed in a certain genre. It’s a little bit of everything; horror, comedy, action, adventure and a fine homage to 50’s B-Movie sci-fi/horror flicks. This British video poster for Ron Underwood’s “TREMORS” is genuinely scarce and a hard poster to track down. Much like “The Shawshank Redemption” it is one of those film’s that hugely benefitted from the ‘home’ video market going on to achieve huge popularity and cult status, resulting in (to date) four sequels and a TV series. Offered here is an incredibly rare rolled (as issued) British video poster from first year of release, 1990. Original and unrestored it presents to excellent effect with deep bright colour tones and incredible (with a tip of the hat to “Jaws”) ‘creature’ artwork… A modern genre classic that represents a superb piece of original and highly collectable movie memorabilia.
Trivia: Prior to the film’s release, Kevin Bacon felt that the film was a career low: “I broke down and fell to the sidewalk, screaming to my pregnant wife, ‘I can’t believe I’m doing a movie about underground worms!'”

“Stealing, Cheating, Killing. Who said romance is dead ?”
A scarce movie poster for Tony Scott’s 1993 all-star crime actioner “True Romance”…Written by Quentin Tarantino to raise the funds for Reservoir Dogs this hugely under-rated ‘heist/car chase’ film retains a truly loyal cult following. Featuring a multitude of character shots this originally rolled (as issued) example is in excellent unrestored condition that presents & displays superbly…Incredibly COOL & a fine piece of highly collectible original film movie memorabilia.
Trivia: Although this movie was not directed by Quentin Tarantino, it is still considered part of the Tarantino universe. The two key pieces of evidence, is Lee Donowitz being the grandson of Sergeant Donnie Donowitz from Inglourious Basterds (2009), this being confirmed by Tarantino. The second piece of evidence, is the fact that Mr. White from Reservoir Dogs(1992) mentioned working with a girl named “Alabama”.

“Get ready for the experience of a lifetime”…If you know your your EDM from your EDC then this original 2014 US one sheet movie poster for Insomniac Events “Under the Electric Sky” is for you. Designed by creative agency P & A it is one of the most eye-popping colourful electro-pop posters I have ever seen, it bleeds colour and looks incredible; a real tribute to some of the best psychEDeliC posters of the late 60’s. Never having a full cinema release in the UK (only available on Netflix) these US one sheet posters are scarce & have become highly collectable. One of the great action movies of the 90s, Roland Emmerich’s “Universal Soldier” saw genetically modified super soldiers (did I mention they’d been brought back from the dead?) Jean-Claude Van Damme Damme and Dolph Lungren battle it out in a series of spectacularly choreographed action set-pieces. Originally rolled (as issued) this eye-catching one-sheet film poster presents and displays to excellent effect and represents a truly desirable piece of sci-fi, action cinematic movie memorabilia.
Trivia: The idea of the eyepieces that the Universal Soldiers wear in the movie was borrowed from Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987). In that series, The Borg, humans and other alien species that have been assimilated into cyborg creatures wear eyepieces. In the film, the Universal Soldiers are deceased soldiers who have been reanimated and brought back as cyborg commandos.

Movie posters don’t really get anymore entertaining or colourful than this; complete set of ALL three ‘only in cinemas’ one-sheet design posters for Patty Jenkins’ DC Extended Universe super heroine sequel “Wonder Woman 1984”. Designed by the WORKS ADV and BOND the three different designs are all equally impressive. The Covid 19 pandemic has wreaked havoc with cinema releases, with this set being all first printings carrying the ‘only in cinemas’ tagline and issued before the December 25th HBO Max screening announcement that the movie would premiere on a TV streaming service simultaneous to a theatrical release. Originally rolled (as issued) they look stunning and displays to superb effect, perfectly suited to this portrait format. Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) takes centre stage in each and is featured in her ‘regular’ costume and her Gold Armour costume first introduced in the comic book series “Kingdom Come” by Alex Ross offset against a vibrant WW84 background of dayglo neon static colours. Very cool and very collectable this set of three cinema posters represent a fantastic item of ‘modern’ super-hero movie memorabilia.
