This original “November” Advance US one sheet for Cary Joji Fukunaga‘s Bond film has a real exciting feel with Bond (Daniel Craig) poised for action. These “November” advance posters are extremely collectable, not only because they look great but are now dated wrongly, with the release being postponed (due to Covid 19) until April 2021. Originally rolled (as issued) this  stunning example displays and presents to excellent effect. Guaranteed original this represents a highly desirable piece of James Bond movie memorabilia for what is reported to be Craig’s last appearance as the spy with a ‘Licence to Kill’.

This original “Coming Soon” Advance country of origin British UK quad for Cary Joji Fukunaga‘s Bond film has a real 007 feel to it, with Bond (Daniel Craig) and Madeleine Swann (Lea Seydoux) presented in black and white close up behind the bullet ridden glass of the Aston Martin DB5. These “Coming Soon” advance posters are much scarcer than the first ‘April’ advance posters and printed in far lower numbers due to the uncertainty of the release due to Covid 19. These were officially released then within days the movie was postponed until November 2020 (now April 2021). Extremely sought after and collectable, not only because they look fantastic with a design that’s a real difference from the normal Daniel Craig Bond posters, but were printed in such low numbers. Originally rolled (as issued) this  stunning example displays and presents to excellent effect with only the minimal of handling wear. Creative arts agency BOND have designed a truly stunning advance film poster for the 2019 US / International one sheet. This is the very first poster released for this critically acclaimed and commercially record breaking film and destined to become  as iconic as Phoenix’s portrayal of DC’s ‘anti-superhero’. Originally rolled (as issued) this totally unrestored example presents and displays to excellent effect without a blemish of note and represents a hugely collectable and totally cool piece of movie memorabilia for one of popular culture’s most recognised villains.

    Trivia: The Joker’s make-up is very similar to John Wayne Gacy‘s, a serial killer who would often entertain children while dressed as Pogo the Clown. This make-up style was shunned by working clowns at the time, as they strictly prohibit “sharp” ends in their make-up, as it scares children.

    An original 2009 Advance UK Quad movie poster for Phil Claydon’s horror comedy romp “Lesbian Vampire Killers”. James Corden and Mathew Horne (yes, the two guys from the hit TV show “Gavin and Stacey”) in their first cinematic endeavour. This movie is often compared to “Shaun of the Dead” but with lesbian vampires and has established a real cult following of fans. A eye-catching poster design by FEREF makes for a desirable piece of original movie memorabilia.

    Trivia: Writers Stewart Williams and Paul Hupfield were challenged to think of the dumbest and yet most commercial title possible for a film, Lesbian Vampire Killers was the answer. They then went away and wrote the script.

    Beautiful, rolled, unrestored 1980 one sheet style commercial movie poster (officially licensed) for the George Lucas sci fi classic sequel “Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back”. This pure artwork imagery (no title or credits) features Roger Kastel’s ‘Gone With the Wind’ artwork featuring a swooning Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) about to be kissed by the romantic hero Han Solo (Harrison Ford)…a Scarlett O’Hara and Rhett Butler in space. Poster printer, Gala were one of the official licensees for aftermarket Star Wars posters sold to the general public band have here used an early alternative design to the regular final release cinematic poster which was recalled from use as Billy Dee Williams (Lando Calrissian) was not featured in Kastel’s finished artwork. Being originally rolled (as issued) and totally unrestored this stunning example displays and presents to excellent effect with rich unfaded colour tones. A fans favourite design this impressive item represents a fine addition for any collector of movie posters or Star Wars fan memorabilia.

    Trivia: In order to avoid sharing creative rights, George Lucas decided to avoid using a major studio to finance this movie. Instead, he bankrolled the $18 million production himself, using a combination of his profits from Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope (1977) and a bank loan. Although the move was risky, it paid off several times over. Lucas recovered his investment within three months of the movie’s release.
