2005 saw the release of the ‘British lad football culture’ movie “Green Street”. The name of the firm in the film, the Green Street Elite, refers to Green Street in the London Borough of Newham, where West Ham’s old home stadium, Upton Park was located. The UK quad used to market the movie is a classic character study with the two major stars – Elijah Wood and Charlie Hannam taking centre stage. The originally rolled (as issued) UK quad film poster offered here displays beautifully and is presented in excellent condition with minimal handling wear and represents an extremely desirable piece of original British movie memorabilia.
Trivia: West Ham were approached by the film-makers who wanted to shoot scenes at their Upton Park ground. As they were under the impression that the film was celebrating the glorious game and its fanatical supporters, they agreed. Once they realized the film’s true take on the subject (after filming had taken place), they disassociated themselves from the project.

Original country of origin, American one sheet for the Quentin Tarantino/Rodriguez 2007 double bill “Grindhouse”. Featuring “Death Proof” and “Planet Terror”. With design input by Rodriguez’ own Troublemaker Studios (the antiqued look which made “Pulp Fiction” look so cool!) and finishing touches by BLT Communications LLC this really is a stunning eye-catching poster and one of the best from recent years. Originally rolled (although it looks folded) this presents superbly. Only initially released uncut as “Grindhouse” in a handful of countries these double bill posters are very rare. Visual impact and design are key aspects of any Tarantino/Rodriguez production and this beautiful example perfectly illustrates that fact…“Why not just carry a knife instead of a gun? .. You know what happens to mutha fuckers who carry knives? They get shot!”
Trivia: In the “Death Proof” segment, the tank top Kurt Russell wore in Big Trouble in Little China (1986) can be seen hanging on the wall of the Texas Chili Parlor.
…more detail“The sleaze-filled saga of an exploitation double feature”…A very rare original 2007 Japan Chirashi for the Tarantino / Rodriguez 70’s double bill homage “Grindhouse” featuring eye-catching country unique artwork as only the Japanese can do. Originally folded (as all of these are) it looks & displays superbly…a Chirashi is an original Japanese film poster that’s double sided; image of the poster is on one side & the film’s details & extra photos printed on the other…A rare find in this format.
…more detailAlthough a relatively recent release any paper for Keanu Reeves’ John Wick franchise is extremely desirable. This incredibly popular film series is always complemented by an equally incredible series of movie posters and for the 2024 re-release the acclaimed Batman and comic book artist, Jock was commissioned to create something special for the 10th Anniversary, and he has not disappointed. Offered here is the Style B, US/International one-sheet for “John Wick” which features the ‘Baba-Yaga’ imagined in Jock’s unique style. Distinctive with its bold use of red and black colour, it really is an impressive looking poster. Originally rolled (as issued) this displays to excellent effect with only very minimal handling wear. Having a very limited cinematic release of only two days this is a truly scarce item of modern original collectable movie memorabilia from one of the best action franchises in recent memory that looks very very cool !
Trivia: Keanu Reeves became so proficient in tactical training, that his instructors said he was almost TOO good, at performing many tasks, such as reloading a magazine, faster and better than professional soldiers would in live-fire combat situations.
…more detailAlthough a relatively recent release any paper for Keanu Reeves’ John Wick franchise is extremely desirable. This incredibly popular film series which has changed the way action movies are made has spawned (too date) three sequels, a documentary (Wick is Pain), a TV series (The Continental) and character spin-off movie with Ana de Armas as Ballerina. Complemented by an equally incredible series of movie posters this example designed by creative arts agency LA which features ‘Baba-Yaga’ John Wick in close up aiming a gun is without doubt the rarest and most sought after. When first released in 2014 it took cinema audiences by surprise as they expected an another average action movie starring an unfashionable actor who hadn’t made a decent movie for years – JOHN WICK changed that overnight as Keanu let everyone know – “I’m thinkin’ I’m back” . Because of low Studio expectation the initial marketing budget was minimal which resulted in only a limited number of cinema posters printed – they are incredibly scarce. Offered here is an original, first release (2014), country of origin US one-sheet. Dark & moody, it really is an impressive and eye-catching design. Originally rolled (as issued) this looks and displays superbly with minimal only handling wear; the dark shades of green, purples and blacks are deep and unfaded. This is the first time in over nine years that I have managed to source one. It truly is one of the most collectable movie posters in recent memory from a supremely influential action franchise that looks very very cool !
Trivia: The film reunites Keanu Reeves, Daniel Bernhardt, and Randall Duk Kim, along with producers-directors Chad Stahelski and David Leitch, all of whom were involved in The Matrix Trilogy.

This incredibly popular film series is always complemented by an equally incredible series of movie posters and for the 2024 re-release this close-up dark and moody photographic image of Reeves was used to create something special for the 10th Anniversary. Offered here is the Style A, US/International one-sheet for “John Wick”. Distinctive with its bold use of a dark colour palette and extreme close-up headshot of Reeves, it really is an impressive looking poster. Originally rolled (as issued) this displays to excellent effect with only very minimal handling wear. …more detailAlthough a relatively recent release any paper for Keanu Reeves’ John Wick franchise is extremely desirable. This incredibly popular film series is always complemented by an equally incredible series of movie posters and again the creative arts agency LA have not disappointed. Offered here is the 2019 Advance International/Thai one-sheet for “John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum” which features ultra-assasin John Wick with ‘dog’ in the lounge of The Continerntal. Dark & moody, it really is a great looking poster design and for me the best from the movie with the photo not really doming justice to what is a stunning item. Originally rolled (as issued) this looks and displays to excellent effect with minimal handling wear; the dark shades of blues, purples and blacks are deep and unfaded. A scarce item of modern original collectable movie memorabilia from one of the best new action franchises in recent memory that looks very very cool !
Trivia: The title “Parabellum” comes from the Latin phrase: “Si vis pacem, para bellum” which means “If you want peace, prepare for war.” It is also an alternate name for the ubiquitous 9mm handgun cartridge (“9mm Parabellum”). The phrase itself appears twice in the movie: it is tattooed on the back of the ballerina girl in the beginning, and Winston (Ian McShane) says it out loud later in the movie.
…more detailThere is no doubting the cinematic and cultural influence of Batman’s arch nemesis The Joker with this latest offering looking to be the best yet. Joaquin Phoenix stars as Arthur ‘Joker’ Fleck in Todd Phillips’ “Joker”. A production hugely anticipated by the fans as he presents his own unique take on the ‘Clown Prince of Crime’. Creative arts agency BOND have designed a truly stunning ‘Coming Soon’ film poster for the 2019 US / International one sheet. This is the second poster (it has been dubbed the ‘Steps Style’ by fans) released for this critically acclaimed and commercially record breaking film and destined to become as iconic as Phoenix’s portrayal of DC’s ‘anti-superhero’. Originally rolled (as issued) this totally unrestored example presents and displays to excellent effect without a blemish of note and represents a hugely collectable and totally cool piece of movie memorabilia for one of popular culture’s most recognised villains.
Trivia #1: The stairs in the movie are at 1170 Shakespeare Avenue, Bronx, New York with the footage of him dancing down them to the Gary Glitter song ‘Rock and Roll Part 2’ being used for the film, trailer and poster.
Trivia #2: The Joker’s make-up is very similar to John Wayne Gacy‘s, a serial killer who would often entertain children while dressed as Pogo the Clown. This make-up style was shunned by working clowns at the time, as they strictly prohibit “sharp” ends in their make-up, as it scares children.

This is a true US release poster – note the R Ratings box and not one of the readily available Thai one-sheets, that (whether officially or unofficially) adopted this imagery.
