This excellent signed item presents and displays near perfectly and represents a fantastic piece of collectable movie memorabilia from one of the defining movies of the 80’s. The ‘original’ & BEST, “Robocop” is fondly remembered and spawned a popular TV show, two sequels and was recently remade as a ‘big budget’ CGI sci-fi actioner…“I’d buy that for a dollar !”
Trivia: The repeated line “I’d buy that for a dollar!” comes from Cyril M. Kornbluth‘s short story “The Marching Morons”, which presents a similarly cynical view of an over-commercialized future that’s desensitized to violence and war. A radio game show in that short story uses the line “I’d buy that for a quarter.” as its signature phrase.

Trivia: Realizing that the film was running behind schedule and over budget, director Paul Verhoeven and producer Jon Davison purposely did not film one crucial scene: Officer Murphy’s death. When production wrapped, they went back to Los Angeles and grimly informed the execs that Murphy’s death had not been filmed. After watching the footage they did film, the execs were so astonished by the aesthetics and performances they gave the filmmakers more money and they filmed the scene in a redecorated warehouse in Los Angeles.

One of the rarer posters from Ale Cox’s movie that was meant to define punk’s ‘Posh & Becks’. This is the 2016, 30th Anniversary re-release for the punk-rocku-drama “Sid & Nancy”. Considering it was such a bleak and colourless film the use of bright yellow and red as a main part of the design is unusual to say the least. Still it works & this originally rolled (as issued) version displays and presents to excellent effect and looks superb. If you were a fan, a punk or identify with the film then this is a great snapshot of the time, the pop culture and the genre.
Trivia: Gary Oldman lived on a diet of steamed fish and melon to lose enough weight to play the emaciated, heroin-addicted Sid, and was hospitalized when he went too far and became malnourished.

“Heads Will Roll”
A true ‘Burtonesque’ classic. Tim Burton seems like the only film maker on the planet who could come up with characters such as the ones found in “Sleepy Hollow.” With a host of regular Burton collaborators and some familiar new faces (if you are a fan of classic horror you’ll be delighted) his stylish adaptation is based on the story by Washington Irving called “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow”, where he captures the slumbering, creepy village of Sleepy Hollow with vivid details and imaginative description. The way everything is presented, the trees look like something out of a fairy tale and the scenery represents deception in a mysterious wonderland, and makes this production a captivating and magical film experiences which is beautifully represented in this US one-sheet designed by BLT and Associates from first year of release, 1999. Presented rolled (as issued) it displays to excellent effect and represents a fantastic piece of original movie memorabilia for an innovative and popular film maker.
Trivia: Director Tim Burton says the film was inspired by the Gothic horror films of Mario Bava and Hammer Film Productions. Burton brought Hammer veteran Michael Gough out of retirement for a small role, and recruited Sir Christopher Lee, a veteran of both Hammer and Bava’s films, for a cameo.

“We are the Borg. Lower your shields and surrender your ships. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service us. Resistance is futile.”
Resistance is futile !…Part of the appeal of “Star Trek: First Contact”, is that the central enemy is the Borg, which has surpassed all other villainous races in the Star Trek universe in popularity. The design of the Borg is unsettling, and the story line and history of this race serves to illicit an emotional continuity between the events in the television show and the films. “Star Trek: First Contact” probably has the widest appeal of all of the episodes (TV and cinematic). It is action packed, filled with top rate visual effects, and an iconic, threatening villain in The Borg. That is all evident here on this first year of release, 1996 UK quad as the USS Enterprise and the Borg Cube are both shown racing towards Earth as the Next Generation crew of Captain Picard (Patrick Stewart) look to save Earth from the Borg invasion. Becoming increasingly hard to find, particularly in high grade condition, the rolled (as issued) example offered here displays and presents to excellent effect and represents a desirable item of Star Trek cinematic memorabilia.
Trivia: James Cromwell became the first actor in Star Trek history to actually utter the phrase “star trek”.

Hand-numbered #2 from a print run of 185, Mann’s imagery is stunning with colours (thanks to being printed on Mirri Rainbow Foil paper) absolutely popping from the paper, giving an almost 3D effect – it really has to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. The Evil Borg Queen, played with real icy menace by Alice Krige takes prominence with Captain Picard (Patrick Stewart) and the crew of the USS Enterprise providing visual backup. “Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones” is a pivotal episode in the Star Wars saga as Anakin finally fulfils his destiny and becomes the dark Sith Lord – Darth Vader. This 20th Anniversary release (2025) sees the return of artist Matt Ferguson, as he is once again commissioned to create the poster for the worldwide cinema marketing campaign and after producing some impressive imagery for the anniversary releases of Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi and The Phantom Menace he has really knocked it out of the park with the artwork for “Revenge of the Sith” – it truly is spectacular and one of the best Star Wars posters ever (and that includes the Original Trilogy). As more and more cinemas are turning to digital screens to advertise what’s showing, physical, printed posters are becoming extremely rare, especially those with such a short limited screening window – and that is the case here with the lowest print run of any Star Wars movie, even more so with the quad exclusive to the UK. Presented here in original unrestored condition this beautiful 2025 rolled (as issued) example has deep unfaded vibrant colour tones and displays to excellent effect. As this is the British release it carries the tagline ‘Returns to Cinemas April 25’. This beautiful poster represents a fine addition for any collector of original cinematic movie memorabilia or the dedicated Star Wars fan.
Trivia: George Lucas allowed his friend Steven Spielberg to help design some sequences during pre-production. This was partly because Spielberg wanted the experience of using the pre-visualization techniques pioneered by Industrial Light & Magic, as he was going to use them for War of the Worlds (2005). It was also because Lucas felt that his roles as writer, director, executive producer, and financier were taking up too much of his time and he needed another director to bounce ideas off. Spielberg’s main contribution was in the climactic lightsaber duel between Obi-Wan and Anakin.

Being originally rolled (as issued) and totally unrestored this stunning example displays and presents to excellent effect with rich unfaded colour tones. A fans favourite design this impressive item represents a fine addition for any collector of movie posters or Star Wars fan memorabilia.
Trivia: In order to avoid sharing creative rights, George Lucas decided to avoid using a major studio to finance this movie. Instead, he bankrolled the $18 million production himself, using a combination of his profits from Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope (1977) and a bank loan. Although the move was risky, it paid off several times over. Lucas recovered his investment within three months of the movie’s release.
