Walt Disney’s live action super spy ‘James Bond’ spoof movie…“Condorman”. It has all of the cool gadgets, world-wide locations, a sexy femme fatale, creepy Russain villains, and best of all, some of the coolest car and boat chase sequences on film. The concept of the film is a cross between a comic book hero and a secret agent who failed O’Level spying. It has the humour of ‘The Morecambe and Wise Show’ and the special effects of an early Bond film. Regarded as a ‘Golden Age’ for Disney movie posters. It is the artwork from the Walt Disney posters produced during the 1970’s and early 1980’s that were probably the best looking from any period. Offered here is an original UK quad movie poster from the first year of release 1981 with some stunning art by the very talented Brian Bysouth. A fantastic looking, visual feast of a poster with beautiful design and artwork, bright bold colours and stunning all-action imagery featuring the titular “Condorman” offset against rocket firing cars and futuristic speed boats; a fantastic FUN poster. Originally rolled (as issued) this unrestored film poster presents to excellent effect and is a fine example of rare and collectable original movie memorabilia for a much loved and very popular Disney offering.

Trivia: During one take, when Condorman falls into the River Seine, Michael Crawford nearly drowned after the strength of the current was miscalculated. He was dragged five to ten feet under the water before two lifeguards pulled him out just in time. Crawford was willing to do the stunt again but director Charles Jarrott refused to allow it, and put a trained stuntman in his place.

One of the best re-release posters you will see for a Hammer presentation for one of the most important films, Hammer made. Offered here is a beautiful British quad for the restored 4K 2025 re-release for “The Curse of Frankenstein”. Artist Greg Staples has excelled, himself and (in my opinion) produced the best artwork of his distinguished career – it really is exceptional with the photograph not doing it justice. A film poster with outstanding detailed artwork and use of colour; the green used on the title is particularly lurid, with incredible realistic likenesses of Lee, Cushing and the strong supporting cast. Released by Hammer for a very limited cinematic run that coincided with a newly remastered Blu Ray, this UK quad is from the cinema release and not one of the 200 limited release examples offered on Hammer’s website. It presents to excellent effect and is a must have Hammer Horror collectable.
Trivia: Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing‘s friendship was sparked when Lee stormed into Cushing’s dressing room, complaining that “I’ve got no lines!” Cushing kindly responded, “You’re lucky. I’ve read the script.”

“Cruise like Thunder”
An eye-catching dayglo colour-palette dominates this original UK Quad movie poster for Tom Cruise’s 1990 blockbuster “Days of Thunder”. Cruise could do no wrong at the box office during this period and it’s no surprise he is featured so heavily on the global marketing campaign for the movie. With a hi-gloss finish to top things off this is a really impressive looking film poster. Originally rolled (as issued) this displays very well and represents a hugely collectable and totally cool piece of movie memorabilia for one of popular cinema’s most loved stars. Top Gun with cars !
Trivia: At Daytona for the final race of the movie “Gentlemen Start Your Engines” is the voice of Burt Reynolds

“In his mind, he has the power to see the future. In his hands, he has the power to change it.”
Original UK Quad film poster for DavidCronberg’s 1983 sci-fi, horror, thriller “The Dead Zone”. Stephen King’s bestseller (his first to hit #1 and still one his most successful) is stylishly brought to the cinema screen by Cronenberg. Renowned for the more gory, body horror approach to film making, this is very much a clever and restrained adaption – and in my opinion is far better for it. Taking inspiration from one of the key scenes in the movie, British advertising agency FEREF have created an eye-catching design for the UK marketing campaign poster (imagery that is actually unique to the UK). Folded (as issued) this stunning example displays to excellent effect (probably unused). It represents a very high quality piece of Cinema memorabilia from a truly groundbreaking, influential film maker and the most successful American writer in history.
Trivia: This movie doesn’t explain the meaning of the phrase Dead Zone like the book does. Stephen King was going off old theories that people only use 10% of their brains, and that we haven’t even unlocked the secrets of the other 90%; and that when Johnny was in his coma his brain had to create new pathways to get around the paralyzed part of his mind. So new pathways were created in the Dead Zone, that 90% that people normally don’t use; and this enabled him to develop powers of ESP and second sight.

It is right above Jungle Julia, slightly to the right of the AMi Jukebox.

“In The Year 2000 Hit And Run Driving Is No Longer A Felony. It’s The National Sport!”
“Death Race 2000” parodies so many things it’s hard to know where to begin. America-centrism (the government blame the French for everything), professional sports, pro wrestling (the drivers are badly acted “theme” types), Big Brother, and just about everything else you could name. At the same time it panders to the blood lust of the audience with camp cartoon violence. David Carradine as ‘Frankenstein’ in full on anti-hero mode gives a solid performance and Sylvester Stallone is hilarious as a driver with the mannerisms of a 30’s gangster, practicing on his accent for the Rocky movies. The artwork to promote the movie in the UK was the work of Tom William Chantrell’s artwork, and (in my honest opinion) one of his best. A true personal favourite with striking futuristic imagery, that was exclusively used for the British cinematic release. This beautiful, first year of release, 1975 UK quad film poster for Roger Corman’s cult offering is offered rolled (as issued) with vibrant, strong colours set against a bright white background and minimal handling wear. In this high grade condition it represents an extremely desirable and rare movie poster from a genre and decade that is fast becoming increasingly sought after. A very COOL poster from the 1970s.
Trivia: Explaining why he took the role of Frankenstein in this film, David Carradine said “I started that picture two weeks after I walked off the Kung Fu (1972) set, and that was essentially my image, the “Kung Fu” character, and a lot of people still believe I’m that guy. The idea actually was: No. 1, if you walk off a television series, you better do a movie right away or you might never get to do one. And the second thing was to do something right away that would create the image of a monster to get rid of the image of that little Chinese guy that I’d been playing for four years. And, you know, it did kick-start my movie career.”

“It’s Christmas Eve In L.A. And The Party Action’s About To Explode… On The Fortieth Floor!”
One of the defining action films of the 1980s, “Die Hard” is represented here by its eye-catching UK Quad cinema poster from first year of release, 1988. John McTiernan’s celebrated thriller stars Bruce Willis as New York police officer John McClane, with Alan Rickman delivering an unforgettable performance as Hans Gruber.
Created specifically for the British release, the dramatic landscape design combines McClane’s watchful expression with an exploding Nakatomi Plaza and a helicopter above the Los Angeles skyline. The bold red title and memorable “40 Storeys High” tagline capture the film’s relentless suspense, excitement and towering scale.
Measuring 30 × 40 inches, this highly collectable poster is presented rolled (as issued) and remains in high-grade condition. A superb example with outstanding display appeal for collectors of 1980s cinema and classic action films. “Yippee-ki-yay!”

“First dance..First love..The time of your life.”
An original 2007 British UK quad film poster for the quintessential classic romance “Dirty Dancing”. This beautiful originally rolled example is pretty much faultless. A classic 80s poster featuring one of the decade’s most memorable and enduring images hat has been updated for the 20th Anniversary screenings., as Baby (Jennifer Grey) and Johnny (Patrick Swayze) prepare for their iconic dance routine. This Anniversary release received a very limited cinematic run, playing in only a handful of cinemas, making these posters particularly scarce. Often seen as one the THE defining and most loved movies of the 1980s it represents a fantastic piece of original movie memorabilia.
Trivia: In an interview with AFI, Swayze explained why he thought Dirty Dancing endured for so long. “It’s got so much heart, to me,” he said. “It’s not about the sensuality; it’s really about people trying to find themselves, this young dance instructor feeling like he’s nothing but a product, and this young girl trying to find out who she is in a society of restrictions when she has such an amazing take on things.”

An original 1987 British UK quad film poster for the quintessential classic romance “Dirty Dancing”. This beautiful originally rolled example is pretty much faultless. A classic 80s poster featuring some of the movie’s most memorable and enduring images that is unique to British release as Baby (Jennifer Grey) and Johnny (Patrick Swayze) prepare for their iconic dance routine. Particularly scarce in such high grade condition, with this example (likely unused) easily the best I have ever offered for sale. Although a relatively recent release any paper for Olivia Wilde’s “Don’t Worry Darling” is extremely scarce. Her much talked retro drama thriller is complemented by an amazing series of cinematic posters designed by the creative marketing agency Bulldog, with this ‘Welcome to Victory’ advance style my personal favourite; very stylish, clever imagery. Although accompanied by an extensive marketing campaign (largely due to the stars involved) the movie is considered “art-house” or “independent” and had a very limited cinema release resulting in the scarcity of the posters. Originally rolled (as issued) this UK quad looks and displays to excellent effect with minimal handling wear; the colours really have depth and tone. A rare, modern collectable item of movie memorabilia from a truly talented director that looks to be gaining that cult status.
Trivia: There are many clear references to Alice in Wonderland; the main character’s name being Alice, the fantasy world which she unwittingly enters into, the prominence of windows/mirrors (Through the Looking Glass), and lastly her neighbour Bunny may be a subtle reference to the iconic White Rabbit.

A stunning country of origin UK Quad from the 2007 BFI re-release for this masterpiece of British cinema, Hammer’s “Dracula”. Making true horror stars of its two leads; Peter Cushing & Christopher Lee it is one of the most influential British films ever made irrespective of genre. This eye-catching imagery is a respected modern classic designed by the Eureka Studio featuring an incredible image of the titular Count (Christopher Lee) in full blood stained fang mode. A very rare find and even rarer in this case as it contains the the ‘Halloween Previews’ tagline & was actually shown on Halloween night, October 31st 2007. Beautiful, unrestored rolled condition this classic Hammer horror poster displays and presents to excellent effect and represents extremely desirable and collectable British horror movie memorabilia.
