A double signed – Phil Daniels and Leslie Ash, over-sized photograph for Franc Roddam’s classic snap-shot of 60’s life “Quadrophenia”. Voted the 35th greatest British film of all time by “Total Film”. It has been cited as a major influence on the mod revival in music and fashion of the early 1980’s. This superb autographed example is excellent condition and has been signed by two of the stars – LESLIE ASH and PHIL DANIELS, with both adding their character name to their signatures – Steph and Jimmy. Leslie Ash’s signature was obtained in person on April 6th at London Film Fair, 2025 with Phil Daniels’ already present from a private signing. It’s a fantastic image of both actors and a great shot of Jimmy’s Vespa Lambretta. A real centre piece for any collection and a genuinely rare piece of very desirable British film / rock memorabilia…“Nothing seems right, apart from Brighton. I mean, Brighton was OK. Going to court with the Ace and that. And, like, I was a mod there, you know? I mean that’s something, innit, eh?”
Trivia: When Jimmy is in his shed, working on his scooter, he is simultaneously reflected in its four wing mirrors; a visual metaphor of the film’s theme(s) and title.

Artist Saniose has produced the perfect alternative movie poster for Paul Verhoeven’s ultra violent sci-fi masterpiece “Robocop” Titled the Battle Damage edition Robocop is offset against a colourful background of action packed imagery and supporting characters, including the iconic ED 209. Not just a stunning poster, hand numbered limited edition poster (#9/150) this example has also been autographed by the actor Peter Weller, annotated with his character name ‘ROBO’ with the movie’s tagline ‘Part Man, Part Machine, All Cop !’ The signing was carried out in 2023 (June) at FanExpo, Philadelphia and is accompanied by an official JSA Certificate of Authenticity from the event numbered AK96629. Trivia: The repeated line “I’d buy that for a dollar!” comes from Cyril M. Kornbluth‘s short story “The Marching Morons”, which presents a similarly cynical view of an over-commercialized future that’s desensitized to violence and war. A radio game show in that short story uses the line “I’d buy that for a quarter.” as its signature phrase.

Based upon Rob Bottin’s iconic ‘robo’ suit design Mike Bryan produced the perfect poster to complement his graphics. Trivia: Realizing that the film was running behind schedule and over budget, director Paul Verhoeven and producer Jon Davison purposely did not film one crucial scene: Officer Murphy’s death. When production wrapped, they went back to Los Angeles and grimly informed the execs that Murphy’s death had not been filmed. After watching the footage they did film, the execs were so astonished by the aesthetics and performances they gave the filmmakers more money and they filmed the scene in a redecorated warehouse in Los Angeles.

One of the greatest and most influential gangster movies of all time and this 2022 limited edition art print by Matt Ferguson and Florey is one of the best alternative movie posters produced for Brian De Palma’s “Scarface”. Hand-signed by both artists this artist proof edition released by Vice Press features a key scene from the movie as Tony Montana sits brooding in his darkened study awaiting the violent and bloody onslaught he knows is coming with the rug cleverly illustrated to resemble a river of blood. A fantastic example of highly desirable movie memorabilia, that’s very cool and looks incredible.

Presented in original rolled (as issued) high grade condition this represents a fantastic example of highly desirable movie memorabilia, that’s super cool and looks amazing.

Produced in 1991 for the 25th Anniversary of the TV series “Star Trek”, acclaimed artist Drew Struzan has produced one of the best images of William Shatner as the iconic character – Captain James T. Kirk. This example has been autographed by the actor William Shatner and annotated with his character name ‘James T. Kirk’. The autograph was obtained in 2023 (August 12th) at the Steel City Con, Monroeville, Pennsylvania and is accompanied by an official Certificate of Authenticity from the event. The poster alone is impressive and when coupled with the signature it represents an incredible and a very collectable item of Star Trek memorabilia movie from Gene Roddenberry’s iconic and hugely influential production.

Perhaps one of the most defining images in cinematic history and certainly up there with Karloff’s Frankenstein monster as the most memorable of the horror genre – Linda Blair as the possessed Regan. This alternative movie poster by horror artist supreme, Graham Humphreys for William Friedkin’s Oscar winning horror masterpiece “The Exorcist” is a striking example of horror artwork, featuring some incredible characterisations and an amazing colour palette – from orange to sickly green/grey. The limited edition fine art print offered here has been signed by the artist, Humphreys and hand-numbered #9 from a print run of only 59 and in addition hand-signed by Linda Blair, who has added her character name ‘Regan’ and the annotation ‘Sweet Dreams’. All of Blair’s handwriting has been written in silver ink pen again a dark background and absolutely pops from the imagery. The poster was signed by Blair at Horrorfied 2, Crawley, Surrey on March 28th. Hugely oversubscribed, this scarce print was sold out prior to release and presents and displays to excellent effect. Originally flat and unfolded (as issued) this beautiful example represents a hard to find piece of cinematic horror memorabilia for this much revered and hugely influential Oscar winning horror movie.
Trivia: When Regan projectile vomits at Father Karras, the vomit was intended to hit Jason Miller in the chest, but the plastic tubing misfired, hitting him in the face. His reaction of shock and disgust while wiping away the vomit is genuine, and Miller admitted in interviews that he was very angered by this mistake.

“Johnny’s a Dull Boy” – Laurent Durieux’s “The Shining” art print is hand-signed and numbered #126/325 and comes from the Mondo Presents Exhibition “The Art of Laurent Durieux Part Two” in 2018, and in the same year it won the prestigious Cinema Poster of the Year Award. One of the biggest names in modern Alternative Movie Posters, Belgian illustrator Laurent Durieux shows his love and knowledge of popular cinema with his truly beautiful screen print designs full of colour and intricate (sometimes subtly hidden) detailing – REDRUM (MURDER) keys depressed on the typewriter keyboard, key fob for the infamous Room 237, an axe-head incorporated into the typewriter design. “Johnny’s a Dull Boy” – An early example of alternative movie poster (AMP) design and a perfect example of why this area has grown so quickly in the collectables market – it’s a an incredible image, which reminds me very much of the surrealistic poster designs that originated in Eastern Europe. David O’Daniel’s interpretation for “The Shining” art print is hand-signed and numbered #74/100 and comes from 2010 where it was used to advertise a limited screening of “The Shining” at the Castro Theatre, San Francisco. The Castro was one of the earliest exponents for showcasing AMPs, commissioning a number of ‘new’ artists to promote their upcoming screenings. Presented in rolled, unfolded (as issued) condition this stunning example displays and presents to excellent effect. A perfect example of Ise Ananphada’s distinctive style and also why I love the whole alternative movie poster movement. Each artist brings something different to a title and that is why so many titles have such an incredible inventory of beautifully designed posters. Referring to Ananphada’s own website is probably the best way to explain her style –
She is very well for the maximal illustration style, which features delicate details and expansive colour palettes. Ise’s work is well-known for her delicate illustration and a variety of forms, all of which are presented in the fullest elegance. While her aerial rendering technique and use of vibrant colours seem to showcase just the artist’s personality, if you look closely at the complex elements of her work, you’ll discover layers of symbolism that she had referred to as “visions, illusions, madness, artistry, and poetry”
Her print for Stanley Kubrick’s “The Shining” is the perfect example of these sentiments and is one of the most detailed and complex prints she has produced. Every iconic moment (and some not so iconic) from the movie are included. I particularly like the concept as the Overlook Hotel acts as the header (this starts the movie) and the snowbound maze (finishes the movie) is the footer. The scenes in between create the journey through the whole film. This really is a clever print that reveals new elements with each new viewing. Presented in rolled, unfolded (as issued) condition this stunning example is hand-numbered #73/150 and presents to excellent effect.
