Written by John Hughes and Directed by Harold Ramis “National Lampoon’s Vacation” is one of the strongest comedies of the 1980’s and stands head and shoulders above anything else from National Lampoon (Animal House runs it very close though) before or since while following the mishaps that befall the Griswold family on the way to the mythical theme park Walley World. The movie poster that accompanied the release is one of the most memorable and best of the comedy genre; a magnificent piece designed by leading fantasy artist Boris Vallejo….The original 1983 UK quad movie poster offered has been SIGNED by the three stars featured on the poster – CHEVY CHASE, BEVERLY D’ANGELO and CHRISTIE BRINKLEY with both D’Angelo and Brinkley adding their character names; Ellen Griswold and Ferrari Girl. All three signatures are lovely and clear in blue ink and really stand out against the neutral background. Originally folded (as issued) it is presented in excellent original unrestored condition with great colours and outstanding artwork. Very rare in such fine condition and SIGNED, it represents very collectable & desirable original film memorabilia from a film lauded as a modern comedy classic with iconic artwork that is sure to impress.
The signatures were obtained at Fan Expo Dallas in June 2023, where the cast were promoting the 40th anniversary of the Film’s release.
Trivia: John Hughes‘ script was inspired by an equally ill-fated family trip to Disneyland when he was five years old, which was what his National Lampoon Magazine article “Vacation ’58” was about.

Tim Burton seems like the only being on the planet who could come with characters such as the ones found in “The Nightmare Before Christmas” The feature is literally a tale likely to be found in a child’s dreams It creates a world of its own, inhabiting unforgettable characters, events that should be shared with generations This film is a visual masterpiece; a movie that deserves its reputation as a timeless “Burtonesque” classic. These two impressive fine art prints featuring the two main characters – Jack Skellington and Sally perfectly captures all of Burton’s stylish elements and are both SIGNED BY TIM BURTON. Outstanding artwork and design for this rather unusual Disney production . These flat/unfolded (as issued) examples looks beautiful and display to marvellous effect, representing a a fantastic piece of original movie memorabilia for an innovative and popular film maker.
Tim Burton’s signature has been authenticated by autograph expert Garry King (garryking.co.uk) and the prints are accompanied with a COA.
Trivia: Jack’s doorbell is a nod to a similar contraption in the Addams Family original TV series.

“All right, so I fancied you. We had it off together. But that don’t mean nothin’, does it?”
A double signed – Phil Daniels and Leslie Ash, over-sized photograph for Franc Roddam’s classic snap-shot of 60’s life “Quadrophenia”. Voted the 35th greatest British film of all time by “Total Film”. It has been cited as a major influence on the mod revival in music and fashion of the early 1980’s. This superb autographed example is excellent condition and has been signed by two of the stars – LESLIE ASH and PHIL DANIELS, with both adding their character name to their signatures – Steph and Jimmy. Leslie Ash’s signature was obtained in person on April 6th at London Film Fair, 2025 with Phil Daniels’ already present from a private signing. It’s a fantastic image of both actors and a great shot of Jimmy’s Vespa Lambretta. A real centre piece for any collection and a genuinely rare piece of very desirable British film / rock memorabilia…“Nothing seems right, apart from Brighton. I mean, Brighton was OK. Going to court with the Ace and that. And, like, I was a mod there, you know? I mean that’s something, innit, eh?”
Trivia: When Jimmy is in his shed, working on his scooter, he is simultaneously reflected in its four wing mirrors; a visual metaphor of the film’s theme(s) and title.

Artist Saniose has produced the perfect alternative movie poster for Paul Verhoeven’s ultra violent sci-fi masterpiece “Robocop” Titled the Battle Damage edition Robocop is offset against a colourful background of action packed imagery and supporting characters, including the iconic ED 209. Not just a stunning poster, hand numbered limited edition poster (#9/150) this example has also been autographed by the actor Peter Weller, annotated with his character name ‘ROBO’ with the movie’s tagline ‘Part Man, Part Machine, All Cop !’ The signing was carried out in 2023 (June) at FanExpo, Philadelphia and is accompanied by an official JSA Certificate of Authenticity from the event numbered AK96629. Trivia: The repeated line “I’d buy that for a dollar!” comes from Cyril M. Kornbluth‘s short story “The Marching Morons”, which presents a similarly cynical view of an over-commercialized future that’s desensitized to violence and war. A radio game show in that short story uses the line “I’d buy that for a quarter.” as its signature phrase.

Based upon Rob Bottin’s iconic ‘robo’ suit design Mike Bryan produced the perfect poster to complement his graphics. A truly striking image for Paul Verhoeven’s ultra violent sci-fi masterpiece “Robocop” that is perfectly suited to the landscape format of the British quad and has been SIGNED BY SEVEN (7) OF THE CAST. Trivia: Realizing that the film was running behind schedule and over budget, director Paul Verhoeven and producer Jon Davison purposely did not film one crucial scene: Officer Murphy’s death. When production wrapped, they went back to Los Angeles and grimly informed the execs that Murphy’s death had not been filmed. After watching the footage they did film, the execs were so astonished by the aesthetics and performances they gave the filmmakers more money and they filmed the scene in a redecorated warehouse in Los Angeles.

Produced in 1991 for the 25th Anniversary of the TV series “Star Trek”, acclaimed artist Drew Struzan has produced one of the best images of William Shatner as the iconic character – Captain James T. Kirk. This example has been autographed by the actor William Shatner and annotated with his character name ‘James T. Kirk’. The autograph was obtained in 2023 (August 12th) at the Steel City Con, Monroeville, Pennsylvania and is accompanied by an official Certificate of Authenticity from the event. The poster alone is impressive and when coupled with the signature it represents an incredible and a very collectable item of Star Trek memorabilia movie from Gene Roddenberry’s iconic and hugely influential production.
Trivia: ‘Star Trek’ is universally acknowledged as the most successful franchise in television history, and one of the most successful in all of Hollywood history. As of 2023, Star Trek (1966) has been followed by 13 theatrically-released motion pictures; 11 TV, cable & streaming sequels & spin-offs; 4 theme park attractions & exhibits; more than 70 board, pinball, card & other games; and literally 100s of novelizations, adaptations, reference & other books. With a design by Tom Jung this Australian waybill for Richard Donner’s 1976 horror classic “The Omen” is an impressive example of horror art that also benefits from being signed by the Anti-Christ himself – HARVEY STEPHENS; a beautiful clear signature that includes his character name – DAMIEN where he has cleverly incorporated the number of the Beast 666 into the capital letter D of his name. All written in a silver pen that contrasts incredibly strongly against the black background. The ominous wording and the film’s title are written in the distinctive style synonymous with this now classic horror. It’s such a simple text based design but so, so clever and perfectly suited to the portrait format offered here. From first year of release, 1976 this tri-folded (as issued) example presents to very good effect. A personal favourite and an impressive item of original cinematic movie memorabilia from one of the defining horror movie’s of the genre that carries the mark of the Devil’s son himself.
Trivia: Harvey Stephens, as Damien, was largely chosen for this role from the way he attacked Richard Donner during auditions. Donner asked all the little boys to “come at him” as if they were attacking Katherine Thorn during the church wedding scene. Stephens screamed and clawed at Donner’s face, and kicked him in the groin during his act. Donner whipped the kid off him, ordered the kid’s blond hair dyed black and cast him as Damien.
