    A truly stunning original Japanese B1 one-sheet film poster for the Robert Zemeckis sci-fi time travel romp as Marty McFly goes “Back To The Future”…The beautiful Drew Struzan artwork for one of the most recognisable images of the 80’s has been cleverly adapted and complemented with a series of photo montages featuring key characters and scenes from the movie for a poster design that is unique to the Japanese first release. This unrestored example presents and displays to excellent effect being originally rolled (as issued) with minimal handling wear and beautiful deep vibrant colours . A rare and extremely desirable piece of original  film memorabilia from one of the most popular and much loved movies ever made.     Trivia: The inspiration for the film largely stems from Bob Gale discovering his father’s high school yearbook and wondering whether he would have been friends with his father as a teenager. Gale also said that if he had the chance to go back in time, he would really go back and see if they would have been friends.

    An original UK Quad cinema poster produced for the 25th Anniversary theatrical re-release of “Back to the Future” in 2010. Measuring the standard British Quad size of 30 x 40 inches, this poster was issued to cinemas to promote the return of Robert Zemeckis’ much-loved 1985 time-travel classic to the big screen.

    The poster features the instantly recognisable and highly sought-after Drew Struzan artwork, with Michael J. Fox as Marty McFly checking his watch above the iconic Back to the Future title treatment, while the DeLorean races away beneath him leaving its famous time-travel trails of fire. Presented. rolled (as issued) in excellent condition, it displays superbly.

    Released by Universal to celebrate the film’s 25th anniversary, the poster carries the prominent “25th Anniversary Re-Release – A Digital Presentation” wording together with “Back in Cinemas Oct 1st” along the lower border. The anniversary re-release took place in UK cinemas in October 2010.

    A superb original cinema poster combining one of the most celebrated films of the 1980s with Drew Struzan’s iconic artwork, and a particularly desirable piece for collectors of Back to the Future and classic science-fiction cinema memorabilia.
