“Higher ! Further ! Faster !”
The ‘Dolby Cinema’ movie poster offered here is considered the rarest and hardest to find of all the posters produced for Marvel’s 2019 billion dollar blockbuster “Captain Marvel”. Designed by creative arts agency LA with photography by Michael Muller this originally rolled (as issued) example looks stunning and displays to superb effect, perfectly suited to this portrait format. With a retro feel and look, Captain Marvel AKA Carol Danvers (Brie Larson) looks truly heroic and takes centre stage in full costume as she strikes across the sky accompanied by a squadron of F-15 jet fighters. Very cool and very collectable this original cinema poster represents a fantastic item of ‘modern’ super-hero movie memorabilia.
Trivia: This was the twenty-first film to be released by Marvel Studios for the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the first to have a female lead being released at cinemas on International Women’s Day.

An absolutely stunning piece of alternative movie poster art by Matt Taylor. This is a sold out screen print for the Marvel Studios release “Captain Marvel” released by Mondo in 2019. The character depicted is the cosmically powered super-heroine Carol Danvers sporting her red, white, and blue Earth uniform. This is a hand numbered regular edition of 1725 with this being #1008. Originally flat & unfolded (as issued) this superb example displays to impressive effect (honestly the photo does not do this justice…needs to be seen), perfectly suited to this portrait format. Captain Marvel AKA Carol Danvers (Brie Larson) looks truly cosmic and takes centre stage in a full on ‘power’ pose. Very cool and very collectable this exceptional looking piece represents a fantastic item of ‘modern’ super-hero movie memorabilia.

The first in a series of ‘standalone’ films, introducing a new group of heroes (& a well known villain) as the Rebellion makes a risky move to steal the plans to the Death Star, setting up the epic saga to follow. Released as a private commission in conjunction with Acme Archives in 2024, this Limited Edition fine art print for “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” features beautifully illustrated artwork with an incredible colour palette by Kwow. The hero of this chapter, Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones) takes prominence supported by the supporting cast, some familiar Star Wars mainstays and the phenomenally huge Death Star dominating the background, hinting at the enormous task the “rebellion” has ahead of them. Hand-numbered #61 from a print run of only 100 and selling out immediately on release, this represents a rare and desirable example of original Star Wars movie memorabilia from what has become one of the most collectable and popular modern movie franchises.

Trivia: Darth Vader’s appearance in this film is meticulously patterned after his look in the original Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope (1977). While Vader’s chest plate is uncovered in Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back (1980) and Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi (1983), his costume initially had his Sith robes draped over his shield, as well as red lenses in the eye holes of the mask. Considering this film takes place mere days before the original film, the costume designers recreated Vader’s look down to the last detail.
