  The King of COOL just got a lot cooler as presented here by Graham Humphreys on this beautiful limited edition Artist Proof alternative movie poster from 2018, undoubtedly one of the best Steve McQueen images. His performance as tough cop Frank Bullitt cemented his iconic movie star status. This excellent example displays and presents to excellent effect with only the very minimum of handling wear, the colours are strong and the graphics and design exceptional. I personally don’t think there is one ‘bad’ poster from the artist and although he is most famous for his horror offerings this break from the norm piece is quite exceptional. Signed by Humphreys in pencil he has also hand-numbered this limited edition Artist Proof of only 10 produced. This beautiful alternative movie poster print represents a fine item of highly desirable movie memorabilia for a true screen and cultural legend.

  Trivia: According to Peter Yates, Steve McQueen made a point to keep his head near the open car window during the famous chase scene so that audiences would be reassured that it was he, not a stunt man, who was driving,

The eye catching design and artwork for Donald Cammell’s 1977 sci-fi shocker “Demon Seed” is certainly memorable as Julie Christie is attacked by the robot nemesis Proteus IV (voiced by the late Robert Vaughn). With imagery unique to the British release this original UK quad film poster looks impressive and is very sought after…Deep, unfaded colours this unrestored originally folded (as issued) example displays and presents to excellent effects…A scarce poster to find in such high grade condition, this fine example represents a very collectable item of original movie memorabilia from a genuinely thought provoking science fiction film.

  The Magnificent Seven

  One of the most collected titles from the western genre, John Sturges’ star-studded blockbuster “The Magnificent Seven”. A must watch with an impressive number of film posters to match including the first year of release, 1960 Japanese B2 offered here A truly great design that emphasises the “7” with a series of all-action colour illustrations contained within its outline, off set against a beautiful light gold background. A simple yet very effective designed film poster with artwork that is unique to the Japanese release. The example offered here is presented in excellent unrestored, folded (as issued) condition. It displays beautifully. This rarely tuns up in such high grade condition and represents a fine piece of very rare original and collectable movie memorabilia for one of the big screen’s greatest & most loved films.

  Trivia: Steve McQueen desperately wanted to act in this film but couldn’t at first because the schedule of his TV series, Wanted: Dead or Alive (1958), wouldn’t allow it. He crashed a car and while he was “out sick”, recovering from the accident he shot this film.
