Adapted from Philip K. Dick’s novel ‘Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?’, Ridley Scott’s “Blade Runner” iconic dystopian classic is unquestionably one of the greatest sci-fi films ever made. So, it was no surprise a sequel was made, what was surprising was the follow-up never happened until 2017, thirty-five years after the original was released. Still, it’s fair to say the wait was worth it – “Blade Runner 2049” sees Harrison Ford reprise his role as Rick Deckard and a new Blade Runner is introduced, ‘K’ played by Ryan Gosling. It’s a visually beautiful movie with some imaginative action scenes perfectly orchestrated by director, Denis Villeneuve. The visual impact is certainly evident in the poster campaign that accompanied the release. Advertising agency WORKS ADV have produced an impressive series of posters including these two amazing Advance UK quads, designed to complement each other with the bright orange tones for Ford and whites for Gosling . These rolled (as issued) examples display and present to excellent effect with minimal handling wear and represent an impressive pair of cinematic movie memorabilia for one of the most influential film series not just of the sci-fi genre but modern culture in general.
Trivia: The first letter of the names of each of the wooden animals that Rick Deckard carved in this movie: Rhino, Antelope, Cat, Horse, Elephant, Lion, spell “RACHEL”.

It’s a visually beautiful movie perfectly orchestrated by director, Denis Villeneuve and the visual impact is certainly evident here with this hand-numbered #78/85 private commission. Printed on Fedrigoni Old Mill Stucco Premium White art paper using eleven (11) coloured inks and finished with a fluorescent UV Layer it looks absolutely stunning and it’s no surprise this sold out immediately when released. Rolled (as issued) this alternative movie poster displays and presents to excellent effect and represents an impressive piece of cinematic movie memorabilia for one of the most influential film series not just of the sci-fi genre but modern culture in general.

“Guardians of the Galaxy”… A bizarre assembly of misfits and losers which includes a gun-wielding genetically altered raccoon and a fighting tree creature whose could only speak a single phrase…“I am Groot”. Marvel was taking a chance, but needn’t have worried…Guardians was critical and commercial juggernaut which redefined the super hero genre and direction Marvel was to take. Being one of the most popular subjects for alternative movie posters, artist Ise Ananphada has created an incredible looking poster. Her hand-numbered #248/275 giclee screen print is a stunning piece that has captured the actors’ likenesses with real accuracy and being a giclee print the colours have an amazing, vibrant finish. Originally rolled (as issued) this looks and displays to excellent effect, absolutely beautiful and a desirable item of modern collectable movie memorabilia from a truly exciting and cool film franchise.

Selling over one million units, this was one of the hottest items of Christmas 1977. The beep at the beginning is the “touchdown” sound, whilst the other beeps are the sound of the ball moving down the field.
What is Giclee ?
Derived from the French term gicler – meaning ‘to squirt or spray’, the term describes a printing process whereby microscopic dots of pigment-based ink are sprayed onto archival-quality paper to ensure the fidelity of a limited edition print to an original artwork.
The richness, accuracy and depth of colour is thanks to the method’s potential to achieve a huge colour gamut (the spectrum of colours distinguishable by the human eye). Unlike the four tones used in lithography, giclées often use five: light cyan, cyan, light magenta, yellow and black.
Fantastic for reproductions which require maximum detail, giclées are most commonly found on watercolour paper or canvas, but can also be created on glass. Different types of paper will produce different effects. Matte paper works well behind glass due its lack of reflectivity, whilst the shine of a glossy finish can give an artwork a brighter appearance.

Design agency LA have created a stunning all-action, epic poster for the ‘Final Release’ 2017 US/International one sheet offered here that certainly wins the most colourful poster award featuring an explosion of bright colours and frenetic energy, it is an incredible kinetic looking image. Originally rolled (as issued) this looks and displays to excellent effect, absolutely stunning; the deep red / blue/purple colour range is superb. Guaranteed original this represents a scarce item of modern original collectable movie memorabilia from a truly exciting and cool film franchise.

“Agents, Villains and The Babes”
Commissioned in 1998 as one of a series of poster designs intended to promote the James Bond Exhibition held at the Roemer – Und Pelizaeus – Museum, Hildesheim Germany. Titled “Agents, Villains and The Babes” the stunning 007 artwork by regular Bond poster artist Robert McGinnis, features a highly detailed all-action montage from Bond’s previous adventures. However the border artwork is made up of beautiful, largely naked or scantily clad women which after consultation with the Museum Board was considered too risqué to use in publicising the Exhibition so only a small number of the initial print run were all that was printed. The example offered here is from this first print run and should not be confused with the later Limited Edition lithograph issued by McGinnis himself which has the censored artwork which was also used for the cover of the Sunday Times November 7th 1999 edition (photo for reference). Originally flat and unfolded (as issued) this amazing example displays and presents to excellent effect. Guaranteed original this represents a highly desirable piece of original James Bond memorabilia with impressive unmistakably Robert McGinnis 007 artwork.

“The name’s Bond … James Bond”
Issued in 1998 as one of a series of poster designs to promote the James Bond Exhibition held at the Roemer – Und Pelizaeus – Museum, Hildesheim Germany. The striking imagery by Johann Zambryski features an abstract pop-art rendition of Sean Connery and is the rarest of the designs with only 50 being printed and exclusively issued to Museum Staff and never offered for sale to the general public. Originally rolled (as issued) this stunning example displays and presents to excellent effect and was likely unused.
