  • James Bond Exhibition held at the Roemer - Und Pelizaeus - Museum, Hildesheim Germany. "Agents, Villains and The Babes" by Robert McGinnis

James Bond German Exhibition Poster – Agents, Villains and The Babes

    £195.00

    “Agents, Villains and The Babes”

Commissioned in 1998 as one of a series of poster designs intended to promote the James Bond Exhibition held at the Roemer – Und Pelizaeus – Museum, Hildesheim Germany. Titled “Agents, Villains and The Babes” the stunning 007 artwork by regular Bond poster artist Robert McGinnis, features a highly detailed all-action montage from Bond’s previous adventures. However the border artwork is made up of beautiful, largely naked or scantily clad women which after consultation with the Museum Board was considered too risqué to use in publicising the Exhibition so only a small number of the initial print run were all that was printed. The example offered here is from this first print run and should not be confused with the later Limited Edition lithograph issued by McGinnis himself which has the censored artwork which was also used for the cover of the Sunday Times November 7th 1999 edition (photo for reference). Originally flat and unfolded (as issued) this amazing example displays and presents to excellent effect. Guaranteed original this represents a highly desirable piece of original James Bond memorabilia with impressive unmistakably Robert McGinnis 007 artwork.

James Bond: No Time To Die

    £195.00

“James, you gave up everything for her. When her secret finds its way out, it’ll be the death of you.”

After an extremely successful advertising campaign on “SKYFALL” & “SPECTRE” Empire Design have been retained by EON for the latest Bond spectacular “No Time To Die” & it’s fair to say they have hit the target again. This original “Coming Soon” Advance country of origin British UK quad for Cary Joji Fukunaga‘s Bond film has a real 007 feel to it, with Bond (Daniel Craig) and Madeleine Swann (Lea Seydoux) presented in black and white close up behind the bullet ridden glass of the Aston Martin DB5. These “Coming Soon” advance posters are much scarcer than the first ‘April’ advance posters and printed in far lower numbers due to the uncertainty of the release due to Covid 19. These were officially released then within days the movie was postponed until November 2020 (now April 2021). Extremely sought after and collectable, not only because they look fantastic with a design that’s a real difference from the normal Daniel Craig Bond posters, but were printed in such low numbers. Originally rolled (as issued) this  stunning example displays and presents to excellent effect with only the minimal of handling wear. Guaranteed original this represents a highly desirable piece of James Bond movie memorabilia for what is reported to be Craig’s last appearance as the spy with a ‘Licence to Kill’.

Trivia: First James Bond movie to feature all the characters of Q, Felix Leiter, Miss Moneypenny, and M since Licence to Kill (1989), which is an interval of about thirty-one years.

  • James Bond: SPECTRE

    £125.00

SPECTRE: SPecial Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion”

After an extremely successful advertising campaign on “SKYFALL”, Empire Design have been retained by EON for the latest Bond extravaganza “SPECTRE” & it’s fair to say they have come up trumps again. This very rare original country of origin (British) “Coming Soon” Advance UK Quad for Sam Mendes’ second Bond film has a real retro feel about it, exuding a strong “Live and Let Die” / Roger Moore vibe as Daniel Craig mimics Moore’s stance and rocks the dark turtleneck sweater look with shoulder holster accessory. These first “Coming Soon” advance posters are always sought after and often give an indication of the coming film’s tone; so can we expect a more tongue in cheek, Roger Moore type portrayal of 007 ? I think not! But anticipation is sky high after Daniel Craig has been quoted as saying”…expect Skyfall x 10″… Originally rolled (as issued) this lightly used example displays and presents excellently…Guaranteed original this represents an extremely collectable piece of James Bond movie memorabilia.
