A unique and exciting film and movie memorabilia event set in an impressive venue steeped in British TV and cinematic history.

Our specially commissioned Oakley Court themed ‘Event’ Poster created by Graham Humphreys will be available for purchase at the Fair on 10th November. A strictly limited edition of only 100 with each print being hand signed and numbered by Graham. This ‘one-off’ poster (we intend to produce a different design for each Fair) will be offered first to attendees on the day or can be purchased in conjunction with an entrance ticket.

Tickets are – £25.00 standard entry + poster,  £10.00 standard entry or £15.00 ‘early bird’ entry and are available on the door or  in advance at vintagemovieposters.co.uk

  • Celebrated horror poster artist Graham Humphreys
  • DACRE STOKER, the author of “DRACULA: THE UN-DEAD”, historian, actor & great-grand nephew of DRACULA writer BRAM STOKER. Dacre will be in attendance throughout the day to answer questions, have a photo and to sign copies of his books. In addition Dacre will be taking part in in an interactive presentation focusing on the history of Dracula, the real man & the fictional vampire.
  • Renowned Hammer author and historian Wayne Kinsey signing copies of his latest book “Hammer’s Grand Designs” and some copies (very limited numbers) of his previous work.
  • Andy Ellis – well known movie/TV locations expert will be conducting informal walking tours around Oakley Court and the grounds highlighting where specific scenes were filmed including Brides of DraculaCurse of FrankensteinThe Reptile ,  The Rocky Horror Picture Show  & Theatre of Blood
  • Jake Roche – Local historian & author

Oakley Court was the home of the horror genre during the 60’s, 70’s & 80’s and was a regular filming location for the British studios of Hammer & amicus and can proudly boast as being the backdrop for for Brides of DraculaCurse of Frankenstein, Dracula, The Reptile & Theatre of Blood and in more recent times The Rocky Horror Picture Show and TV show favourites The New Avengers and Hammer House of Horror.
