    Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse

    £125.00

“Miles, being Spider-Man is a sacrifice. That’s the job. That’s what you signed up for.”

This British one-sheet film poster for the Marvel Studios release “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” features a stunning design by BLT Communications, featuring a suspended, upside down Miles Morales ‘Spider-Man’, off set against a virtual sea of multi-verse spider-incarnations. The movie acts as a  benchmark for modern animation techniques and that is perfectly demonstrated in this poster design. A superb example of ‘modern’ super-hero movie memorabilia that’s also pretty COOL !

  • The Rock Movie Poster

    The Rock

    £75.00

“Alcatraz. Only one man has ever broken out. Now five million lives depend on two men breaking in.”

An all-action bombastic thriller as only Michael Bay can deliver – “The Rock”. His 1996 Alcatraz set movie saw Sean Connery, Nicolas Cage and Ed Harris square up to stop a missile strike on San Francisco, and it is all of these stars featured on this US one-sheet movie poster designed by Dan Chapman. Offered in original rolled (as issued) condition, this fine example presents to excellent effect with minimal of handling wear and represents a cool and eye-catching piece of cinematic movie memorabilia.

Trivia: In the scene in the interrogation room where FBI agent Stanley Goodspeed introduces himself to John Mason (Sir Sean Connery), John replies “But of course you are”. This was exactly the same line he used when he met Plenty O’Toole in the casino scene in the Bond movie Diamonds Are Forever (1971).

  • Wild-at-Heart-Movie-Poster

    Wild at Heart

    £195.00

“This whole world’s wild at heart and weird on top.”

Unique artwork only used for the British release, a striking portrait style image of a ‘dagger stabbing a heart’. This is a truly scarce original first release 1990 British UK double crown poster designed by The Creative Partnership for this surreal David Lynch classic. With deep black background and vibrant colour tones it looks stunning with the desirability of this scarce piece further enhanced as it is presented in unrestored, rolled condition (apologies for the photograph but the poster has a high gloss finish & is a tough one to photograph.) An impressive and quality item movie memorabilia for a very rare and collectable film poster from one of Cinema’s most revered ‘cult’ directors.

Trivia: The distinctive snakeskin jacket Sailor wears in the film was actually Nicolas Cage‘s own. Cage asked director David Lynch if he could wear the jacket in the film, as a tribute to Marlon Brando‘s role in The Fugitive Kind (1960). After filming was completed, Cage gave his jacket to Laura Dern.
