A truly stunning original Japanese B1 one-sheet film poster for the Robert Zemeckis sci-fi time travel romp as Marty McFly goes “Back To The Future”…The beautiful Drew Struzan artwork for one of the most recognisable images of the 80’s has been cleverly adapted and complemented with a series of photo montages featuring key characters and scenes from the movie for a poster design that is unique to the Japanese first release. This unrestored example presents and displays to excellent effect being originally rolled (as issued) with minimal handling wear and beautiful deep vibrant colours . A rare and extremely desirable piece of original film memorabilia from one of the most popular and much loved movies ever made. Incredibly rare with this being the first time we have ever offered one for sale.“If you’re gonna build a time machine into a car, why not do it with some style ?”
Trivia: The inspiration for the film largely stems from Bob Gale discovering his father’s high school yearbook and wondering whether he would have been friends with his father as a teenager. Gale also said that if he had the chance to go back in time, he would really go back and see if they would have been friends.

Until they found their next assignment was each other”…Beautiful rolled UK Quad film poster for John Huston’s 1985 romantic gangster based black comedy “Prizzi’s Honour” starring Jack Nicholson & Kathleen Turner as the loved up mob assassins. You would be hard pushed to find a nicer example of this (if you could find one at all). Originally rolled with great artwork and deep unfaded colours this displays superbly, looking absolutely fantastic in this landscape format presented here in investment grade condition.

A scarce and highly desirable original 1985 Thai one-sheet movie poster for the Sylvester Stallone ai-action blockbuster “Rambo: First Blood Part II”. With country unique artwork by the prolific Thai artist Tongdee Panumas. Stallone is showcased holding a bazooka with central imagery that was taken directly from the his iconic photographic image used for the American campaign, but unlike the US campaign Stallone is complemented by the full supporting cast and high octane action sequences from the movie. One of Stallone’s best and a reminder as to why he was the most bankable star of the 1980’s. Presented in excellent rolled (as issued) condition it displays and presents to superb effect and represents a fine piece of collectable movie memorabilia for one of Hollywood’s biggest stars, playing one of his greatest and most recognisable signature characters.
Trivia: Despite its anti-government stance, President Ronald Reagan was a big fan of this film.

Original 1985 UK Quad movie poster for the best movie poster Michael J. Fox made, that isn’t “Back to the Future”, Rod Daniel’s teenage angst comedy with a werewolf twist “Teen Wolf”. With artwork by Lucinda Cowell, I personally feel it displays far better in the landscape format of the UK quad than the equivalent one-sheet. Originally rolled (as issued – uncommon with this title) this fantastic looking poster displays to excellent effect with lovely deep, unfaded colours. A great piece of 1980s nostalgia, presented in near perfect condition for one of cinema’s best loved stars.
Trivia: Scott Howard’s (Michael J. Fox‘s) house was located on the same block as 1955 George McFly’s and 1955 Lorraine Baines’ houses from Back to the Future (1985).
