“When you play the game of thrones, you win or you die.”
“When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies but the pack survives”. An early alternative lithograph for the phenomenally succesful HBO TV series “Game of Thrones”. Titled “The Harbinger”, this 2013 ‘Mondo’ screenprint features artwork by Ken Taylor and depicts the ‘three-eyed crow’, so significant in Bran Stark’s dreams. The landscape format perfectly suits the subject matter with the bright blood red sky of this ‘regular’ edition making it the best version to own. Limited to a print run of 440 this is hand-numbered #2. Originally rolled (as issued) it presents and displays to excellent effect and represents an outstanding piece of alternative movie memorabilia from one of the biggest TV shows in recent memory.
Trivia: Game of Thrones is the first television series in history to be screened in IMAX theaters.

“Bond drives an Aston…naturally”
In 1965, Aston Martin released this tie-in advertisement poster featuring Bond’s DB5 in their dealer showrooms to promote their association with the James Bond franchise and the latest release “Thunderball”, at the time the highest grossing film series on record. Original, 1965 are extremely scarce and in some cases prohibitively expensive, but in 1999 Bond Producer’s EON authorised a limited edition licenced print run of only 400 posters. They were printed to approximately the same size as the originals (British double crown size – 20″ x 30″) and are identifiable by the unique limited edition hand written number on each one – in this case 384/400. Presented rolled in excellent condition this is hugely desirable and very collectable and would be a worthy addition to any collection of James Bond movie memorabilia and is a truly impressive 007 poster.
Trivia: On October 27, 2010, the Aston Martin DB5 used in this movie and Goldfinger (1964) was sold, fully “loaded”, to American classic car collector Harry Yeaggy for a reported $4 million by London’s RM Auctions. The car had only one previous private owner, an American radio station owner named Jerry Lee, who purchased the car directly from the Aston Martin factory in 1969 for $12,000. Lee had kept the car at his Pennsylvania house for over forty years.

Creative arts agency BOND have designed a truly stunning ‘Coming Soon’ film poster for the 2019 US / International one sheet. This is the second poster (it has been dubbed the ‘Steps Style’ by fans) released for this critically acclaimed and commercially record breaking film and destined to become as iconic as Phoenix’s portrayal of DC’s ‘anti-superhero’. Originally rolled (as issued) this totally unrestored example presents and displays to excellent effect without a blemish of note and represents a hugely collectable and totally cool piece of movie memorabilia for one of popular culture’s most recognised villains.
Trivia #1: The stairs in the movie are at 1170 Shakespeare Avenue, Bronx, New York with the footage of him dancing down them to the Gary Glitter song ‘Rock and Roll Part 2’ being used for the film, trailer and poster.
Trivia #2: The Joker’s make-up is very similar to John Wayne Gacy‘s, a serial killer who would often entertain children while dressed as Pogo the Clown. This make-up style was shunned by working clowns at the time, as they strictly prohibit “sharp” ends in their make-up, as it scares children.

Titled “The May Queen” this impressive giclee art print inspired by Ari Aster’s cult classic horror film “MidSommar” features the beautiful and intricate artwork of Ukrainian artist Ann Bembi, who’s photo-realistic style perfectly suits the content. With shades of “Wicker Man” the bright colours and sea of flowers can’t hide the anguish and fear of lead actress Florence Pugh (Dani). A lovely alternative movie poster for this slow-burn pagan horror that has a rapidly growing cult following. Available for a strictly limited one-hour time window on April 5th 2022 when 580 were ordered, with the poster here being hand-numbered #222. Originally rolled (as issued) it presents and displays to excellent effect and represents an outstanding piece of horror genre movie memorabilia.
Trivia: The practice of ättestupa is effectively a myth. As depicted in the movie, the elderly were expected to sacrifice for the good of the village, maintaining efficiency.

An incredibly stylish and cool film poster for Gareth Edwards’ ‘intelligent’ creature feature “MONSTERS”. Created by design agency ‘Hoo-Ha’ this award winning original 2010 UK quad film poster is a striking looking example and incredibly rare in this style. Made to resemble one of the battered metal warning signs seen throughout the movie and finished in bright orange and deep black it is an incredible looking piece. Extremely scarce, the advertising campaign was very low key for Gareth Edwards’ debut feature and the UK film posters that accompanied the extremely limited cinema release are in very short supply and truly hard to find. This originally rolled (as issued) film poster displays beautifully and is presented in excellent condition. The 2019 country of origin ‘Coming Soon’ US / International one sheet offered here is no exception. Designed by creative agency BLT Communications with finished artwork by Steven Chorney this is truly a stunning and beautifully detailed poster with a nod to the vintage hand drawn artwork from movies Tarantino is so fond of. Originally rolled (as issued) this totally unrestored example presents and displays to excellent effect without a blemish of note and represents a hugely collectable and totally cool piece of movie memorabilia from a truly iconic movie maker…“Hey! You’re Rick fucking Dalton, don’t you forget it.”
Trivia: Its title is an homage to Sergio Leone, who has directed Once Upon a Time in the West (1968) as well as Once Upon a Time in America (1984). Tarantino has cited the director as a favorite of his and an influence throughout his career.

Trivia: Originally skeptical of the project, Sharon Tate’s sister Debra Tate gave the film and Margot’s portrayal of Sharon her blessing after Debra was embraced by Tarantino himself and became aware of how her sister would be represented within the film. Debra referred to Margot as a “dedicated craftsman,” and praised the actress’s research of Sharon prior to meeting with her.

When first aired in 2010 the television series “SHERLOCK” went on to receive rave reviews and a cult following, becoming one of the most successful TV shows ever produced being revered by critics and fans alike in its modern re-imagined and re-booted formula. So successful in fact that for the ‘final’ episode on January 15th 2017 the BBC decided to simultaneously broadcast it in cinemas as well as standard TV screens. Highlighting the two stars (Benedict Cumberbatch & Martin Freeman) it really is stunning, dark and mysterious with a design perfectly suited to the landscape format of the UK quad film poster. Originally rolled this incredibly rare example displays to excellent effect. One of the best looking and most collectable film posters of recent years from a TV series that has become a global favourite. Never commercially available by the BBC these posters are unbelievably scarce and represent a marvellous piece of original collectable film & TV memorabilia…“All lives end; all hearts are broken. An explosion of colour and fun. Designed by the creative arts agency LA this second advance one-sheet for Michael Jelenic’s animated fantasy adventure “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” (2023) is a poster guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. Based on the iconic Nintendo video game this 2023 movie stars the voices of Chris Pratt (Mario), his Brother Luigi, played by Charlie Day and Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach – all of whom are featured on the poster. The imagery is really is impressive with a fantastic range of bright, vibrant colour tones. Perfectly designed to suit the portrait format of a one sheet it represents a truly nostalgic piece of original movie memorabilia for gamers who grew up living in the Mushroom Kingdom.
