“Jurassic Park” was one of the greatest and most enjoyable movies ever to come out of the 1990’s and certainly one of the best ‘pop corn’ films of all-time, so it’s no surprise that that we now reach number six in this hugely popular series. Jeff Goldblum, Sam Neill, Laura Dern from the original trilogy now join the newcomers Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard for “Jurassic World: Dominion”. “Top Gun” was one of the greatest movies ever to come out of the 1980’s and certainly one of the best ‘pop corn’ films of all-time, so it’s some surprise that it’s taken another 34 years to once again take to the skies with ace naval fighter pilot Pete Mitchell as Tom Cruise returns to his best loved role in the much delayed (due to Covid 19) 2022 sequel “Top Gun: Maverick”. Largely due to the “Star Wars” effect and the huge global popularity of the “Dungeons & Dragons” role playing game, the 1980’s truly was the decade of the mystical sword and sorcery fantasy. Ron Howard’s’ “Willow” has stood the test of time well and is fondly remembered with a large and loyal fanbase. Boasting some amazing fantasy art for the British poster campaign by Brian Bysouth, (one of the most prolific and respected artists working in this field) this original 1988 UK quad for “Willow” certainly impresses. Scarce and hard to find in this high grade condition, this originally folded (as issued) example looks fantastic and presents in exceptional condition that represents a fine piece of hugely collectable original 80’s sci-fi fantasy movie memorabilia.
Trivia: George Lucas specifically wrote this film for Warwick Davis after meeting him on the set of “Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi (1983).”
