Comments: Roger Vadim cleverly picked acclaimed movie poster artist Robert E McGinnis to provide the extremely sexy artwork. However even this stunning poster couldn't stop the Film being a commercial & critical flop on its release. Over the years though criticism has softened & it is now regarded as a cult classic rather like Dino di Laurentis' other foray into camp sci fi "Flash Gordon".
